As you may know and will have potentially seen on TV and social media platforms that this week is Mental Health Awareness week.
So, to coincide with this important national week and help to bring mental health to the forefront of our minds and hopefully help spread the word (either through conversations or direct activity) we have proudly launched a BCRS colouring competition.
BCRS are huge supporters of the importance of mental wellness in and out of the workplace and to practise what we preach here at BCRS HQ we colour ourselves calm with our BCRS colouring book.
Did you know the practice of colouring generates wellness, quietness and also stimulates brain areas related to motor skills, the senses and creativity!
So, after reading the above do you fancy taking some time out of your hectic day to colour yourself calm with a BCRS colouring book?
Yes, I hear you shout! Well in that case let’s get the ball rolling!
To enable you to take part in the BCRS colouring competition we will send you a FREE BCRS branded colouring book and crayons to get you started. To do this please email your postage address and number of colouring books you require to enquiries@bcrs.org.uk.
The last posting day for the books will be 31st October 2019 so you’ve got to be quick!
Once you have received your colouring book the competition will commence! To submit your entry please post your best coloured page on social media tagging BCRS in the post (all details below) as well as the hashtag #BCRSmindfulcolouring.
Please note that only fully coloured in pages in the BCRS branded book will be valid for entry.
