BCRS Business Loans welcomed businesses from across the West Midlands for an afternoon of dining, networking, and expert insights as the Black Country Diners Club returned.
Hosted by business loan provider BCRS Business Loans, more than 80 members of the business community attended the popular networking lunch at the Molineux Stadium on Thursday (19 September).
Attendees had the opportunity to network with business colleagues over a two-course meal while joined by guest speaker, HSBC’s UK economist Emma Wilks.
Emma gave an insightful presentation on the global economic outlook providing delegates with valuable insights into the US election, interest rates and UK fiscal options among many other topics.
She said: “It was a great opportunity to share our insights with the Black Country business community. We are facing some challenges in terms of the UK labour market, a slowdown in exports and the UK’s public finances but remain optimistic for 2025.”

Running for more than ten years, the Black Country Diners Club has become one of the West Midlands’ most prestigious lunchtime networking events, attracting leading business professionals from across the region.
BCRS Business Loans also held a charity raffle to raise money for their charity of the year, Breast Cancer Now.
