A Stoke-on-Trent business networking event hosted by BCRS Business Loans proved to be a hit after attracting a substantial crowd.
Last month BCRS Business Loans was proud to start inviting business professionals to a revamped ‘Pint after Work’ networking event in Stoke-on-Trent. The event was well-received by those based in the area and went on to attract bookings from over 25 people from a wide variety sectors.
Setting itself apart from many other events, Pint after Work provides attendees with the opportunity to network and build new professional relationships in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. BCRS believes that networking in an informal environment is conducive to really connecting with other attendees to build a fruitful professional relationship.
The venue was The Victoria pub in Newcastle-under-Lyme, which is located on the main A527, Brampton Road.
Zoe Wilkinson, who is a Stoke- and Staffordshire-based business development manager at BCRS Business Loans, was delighted by the success of the event.
“Firstly, I would like to thank everyone who came to Pint after Work; it was their presence that made the evening so enjoyable. As a business development manager based in Stoke and Staffordshire, it’s always great to chat with professionals from across the area – both new and familiar faces.
“I do hope that everyone took something useful away from this event, or perhaps a useful new contact and I look forward to seeing you at our next event.”
The next Pint after Work event will take place after the New Year, but you can rest assured that as soon as we have finalised a date we will send invitations to our Staffordshire contact base. If you would like to learn more about this event or to express an interest in attending next time, please send an email to Events@bcrs.org.uk.
