In January our guest speaker, Karen Tracey, will be delivering an inspiring talk on leadership.
Karen is a well-respected speaker specialising in leadership.
Having started her career in the Royal Air Force where she saw active service in 1990, Karen took a step into the corporate world where she had a diverse 20-year journey as a director of many organisational and leadership change programmes.
This corporate career culminated in Karen taking an operational role of Operations Director at a national training company, where she was known to be an outstanding deliverer of quality provision. Karen now runs her own coaching and training business offering diverse leadership training and coaching solutions, including a Women’s programme.
Karen served as an accredited Coach on programmes specifically designed for high growth businesses such as Growth Accelerator, Business Growth Service and the Great200Leaders programme. She chairs a group for the Women Presidents’ Organisation and she serves on the Women in Enterprise All Party Parliamentary Group in Parliament. Karen has recently been appointed as the Honorary Consul to Latvia.
