We believe in supporting entrepreneurship, which is why we took the step of sponsoring the Outstanding Commitment Award at this year’s Shropshire Young Enterprise Awards.
We send our congratulations go to the winner, Kaydon Ward, who demonstrated tenacity and dedication in his role at the newly formed student business, Class of Distinction.
We would also like to extend our thanks to Star in a Jar, who were excellent company on our table for the evening. The Young Enterprise Company was a credit to their school and delivered an excellent presentation informing everyone what they had learnt by completing this project. And from what we heard, they learnt a lot!
Young Enterprise is a charity organisation that was set up to foster and promote entrepreneurship among students, enabling them to develop practical personal and business skills.
We look forward to attending the Regional Finals of Young Enterprise, which are being held at Shrewsbury Town Football Club on Tuesday 21st June. We are delighted to be sponsoring the ‘Best Company Report’ Award and look forward to presenting it to the winner on the evening.
