Er gwaethaf hyn, mae Benthyciadau Busnes BCRS wedi ymrwymo i dalu&#039;r Cyflog Byw go iawn a darparu safon byw gweddus i&#039;w holl weithwyr.<\/p>\n<p>Cyflog Byw go iawn Sefydliad Cyflog Byw yw&#039;r unig gyfradd gyflog yn y DU sy&#039;n cael ei chyfrifo&#039;n annibynnol yn seiliedig ar gost byw, gan godi&#039;n flynyddol yn seiliedig ar gostau byw.
