Mae un o fragdai crefft blaenllaw Gogledd Cymru wedi gosod ei bryd ar ehangu a thwf busnes ymhellach ar \u00f4l derbyn cefnogaeth o \u00a3150,000 gan Fenthyciadau Busnes BCRS, yn rhannol trwy GronfaFuddsoddi i GCymru gwerth \u00a3130 miliwn ochr yn ochr \u00e2 chyllid gan Gronfa Menter Buddsoddi Cymunedol (CIEF) Banc Busnes Prydain.<\/p>\n

Sefydlwyd Wild Horse Brewing Co yn Llandudno yn 2015 a sicrhaodd yn ddiweddar pecyn cyllid gan y benthyciwr cyllid cyfrifol Benthyciadau Busnes BCRS yn dilyn cyflwyniad gan Gyllid Busnes Bathgate. Mae'r cytundeb wedi cynorthwyo cynlluniau twf y cwmni yn y dyfodol, tra hefyd yn cynorthwyo gwaith adnewyddu ac atebion ynni adnewyddadwy.<\/p>\n

Mae Wild Horse Brewing Co wedi canolbwyntio ar gyfnod o fuddsoddi, gan ehangu i brynu ystafell dap barhaol ynghyd a buddsoddimewn paneli solar. A chyda'r ystafell dap bellach yn denu sylfaen cwsmeriaid gynyddol, wrth ddarparu lleoliad i gwsmeriaid masnach flasu'r ystod o gwrw, yn y lle y c\u00e2nt eu bragu ynddo, ceisiodd y bragdy gydgrynhoi cyllid i symud y busnes ymlaen i'r bennod nesaf.<\/p>\n

Mae Emma Faragher, a sefydlodd Wild Horse Brewing Co gyda'i g\u0175r Dave, yn esbonio:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cY llynedd fe wnaethon ni werthu 444,000 peint o\u2019n cwrw, ac mae\u2019r rhan fwyaf o\u2019r gwerthiannau\u2019n dod yn uniongyrchol o dafarndai, ond roedd cyfleoedd roedden ni eisiau manteisio arnyn nhw i ehangu\u2019r busnes ymhellach.<\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cRoedden ni wedi rhedeg ystafell dap dros dro o bryd i\u2019w gilydd am gwpl o flynyddoedd, ond gyda\u2019r lle bragu yn ehangu i ymdopi \u00e2\u2019r galw am werthiant, roedden ni\u2019n brin o le i barhau yn yr un modd. Roedd y tenant drws nesaf wedi bod yn gweithredu ers dros 40 mlynedd, felly pan ddaeth y lle ar werth, roedden ni\u2019n gwybod mai dyna oedd y cyfeiriad cywir i\u2019n busnes ac roedd angen i ni weithredu\u2019n gyflym.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Rhoddwyd Wild Horse Brewing Co mewn cysylltiad \u00e2 Chyllid Busnes Bathgate , a gyflwynodd Emma a Dave wedyn i Reolwr Datblygu Busnes Benthyciadau Busnes BCRS, James Pittendreigh. Gan weithio gyda'i gilydd, cefnogwyd y bragdy gyda phecyn cyllid gwerth \u00a3150,000 gan Fenthyciadau Busnes BCRS, trwy Gronfa Buddsoddi i Cymru gwerth \u00a3130m Banc Busnes Prydain a Chronfa Menter Buddsoddi Cymunedol (CIEF).<\/p>\n

\u201cMewn cyffyrdd blaenorol yn y busnes, roedden ni wedi defnyddio ein cyfalaf i ganiat\u00e1u inni brynu\u2019r safle drws nesaf, ac mewn modd amserol, fe wnaethon ni edrych ar gyfleoedd eraill. <\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cAr \u00f4l sicrhau\u2019r ystafell dap, roedden ni\u2019n gwybod bod cyfleoedd i gydgrynhoi\u2019r cyllid oedd gennym ni yn ei le ac roedd BCRS yn wych a chymeron nhw\u2019r amser i ddod i adnabod y busnes a\u2019r daith roedden ni arni. <\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cDrwy\u2019r cyllid o \u00a330,000 gan Gronfa Fuddsoddii Gymru, rydym wedi gallu gwneud gwaith i ardal y maes parcio sydd wedi creu mwy o le awyr agored i gwsmeriaid. Mae\u2019r cyllid hwn wedi bod yn wych; hebddo, ni fyddai gennym yr un cyfleoedd twf. <\/em><\/p>\n

\u201cMae\u2019r ystafell dap ar agor ar hyn o bryd o ddydd Iau i ddydd Sul gyda deg cwrw cylchdroi, ac rydym yn edrych ymlaen at ddenu mwy o gwsmeriaid drwy\u2019r drysau, yn fasnachwyr ac yn unigolion.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Wedi'i ariannu gan Lloyds ynghyd \u00e2'r buddsoddwr effaith gymdeithasol Better Society Capital (BSC) a'i reoli gan y darparwr cyllid cyfrifol Social Investment Scotland (SIS) gyda chyfraniadau gan y tri CDFI sy'n cymryd rhan, Benthyciadau Busnes BCRS, Cronfa Menter Busnes a Chyllid ar gyfer Menter, mae'r CIEF gwerth \u00a362m yn anelu at fuddsoddi mewn 800 o fusnesau bach yn genedlaethol a chefnogi 10,500 o swyddi. <\/span><\/p>\n

Mae Cronfa Buddsoddi i Gymru, a gefnogir gan Fanc Busnes Prydain, yn gweithredu ledled Cymru gyfan ac yn cynnwys ystod o opsiynau cyllido gyda benthyciadau o \u00a325,000 i \u00a32 filiwn a buddsoddiadau ecwiti hyd at \u00a35 miliwn i helpu busnesau bach a chanolig i gychwyn, ehangu neu aros ar y blaen. Mae Benthyciadau Busnes BCRS yn rheoli rhan benthyciadau llai'r gronfa (\u00a325,000 i \u00a3100,000). Mae FW Capital yn gyfrifol am fenthyciadau mwy (\u00a3100,000 i \u00a32 filiwn) ac mae Foresight yn rheoli deliau ecwiti (hyd at \u00a35 miliwn).<\/p>\n

Mae Cronfa Fuddsoddi i Gymru yn helpu i gynyddu cyflenwad ac amrywiaeth cyllid cyfnod cynnar drwy ddarparu opsiynau i fusnesau llai na fyddent fel arall yn derbyn buddsoddiad. Mae'r cyllid wedi'i gynllunio i helpu busnesau gyda gweithgareddau gan gynnwys ehangu, arloesi cynnyrch neu wasanaeth, prosesau newydd, datblygu sgiliau ac offer cyfalaf.<\/p>\n

Ar \u00f4l gweithio gyda busnesau bach a chanolig sy'n methu \u00e2 chael mynediad at gyllid o ffynonellau traddodiadol yng Ngorllewin Canolbarth Lloegr ers 2002, mae Benthyciadau Busnes BCRS wedi ehangu i Gymru i helpu busnesau llai yno i ffynnu a ffynnu o dan y gronfa, a lansiwyd yn swyddogol yng Nghaerdydd ym mis Tachwedd 2023.<\/p>\n

Ers sefydlu BCRS fel sefydliad ariannol datblygu cymunedol yn 2002, mae wedi darparu benthyciadau gwerth mwy na \u00a390 miliwn i fusnesau ar draws Gorllewin Canolbarth Lloegr a Chymru. Dangosodd adroddiad effaith gymdeithasol ar gyfer y flwyddyn ariannol ddiwethaf fod BCRS wedi benthyca \u00a35.8m i 72 o fusnesau, gan ddiogelu 675 o swyddi a chreu 186 o rolau, gan ychwanegu gwerth \u00a329.9m at economi Gorllewin Canolbarth Lloegr, y rhanbarthau cyfagos a Chymru.<\/p>\n
