Mae'r benthyciwr cymunedol BCRS Business Loans wedi pasio'r garreg filltir o \u00a36 miliwn o fenthyca i gynhyrchu swyddi a thwf economaidd drwy Gronfa Menter Buddsoddi Cymunedol (CIEF).<\/p>\n

Mae'r cwmni sydd wedi'i leoli yn Wolverhampton wedi darparu \u00a36.2m mewn benthyciadau i 75 o gwmn\u00efau i gyd, gan greu 208 o swyddi a diogelu 730 o swyddi pellach wrth gynhyrchu \u00a332m mewn gwerth economaidd ychwanegol i Orllewin Canolbarth Lloegr a Chymru. Gyda Benthyciadau Busnes BCRS yn canolbwyntio ar gwmn\u00efau sydd heb gynrychiolaeth ddigonol mewn benthyca traddodiadol, roedd 31 y cant o'r busnesau bach a chanolig yn cael eu harwain gan fenywod.<\/p>\n

Lansiwyd y CIEF y llynedd a chafodd ei gefnogi gan Lloyds, y benthyciwr prif ffrwd cyntaf ar raddfa fawr i ariannu benthyciadau i'w cyflwyno drwy Sefydliadau Cyllid Datblygu Cymunedol (CDFIs) \u00e2 chymhelliant cymdeithasol fel Benthyciadau Busnes BCRS.<\/p>\n

Mae'r CIEF gwerth \u00a362m, a reolir gan y darparwr cyllid cyfrifol Social Investment Scotland (SIS), yn cynnig buddsoddiad i fusnesau sy'n methu cael mynediad at gyllid o ffynonellau traddodiadol. Mae Benthyciadau Busnes BCRS yn cefnogi darpariaeth y CIEF yng Ngorllewin Canolbarth Lloegr a Chymru drwy ddarparu benthyciadau diogel rhwng \u00a325,000 a \u00a3250,000 i alluogi cynlluniau twf ac adferiad.<\/p>\n

Ymhlith y rhai a elwodd o gyllid CIEF roedd Orange Moon Training, darparwr hyfforddiant arbenigol ar gyfer gweithwyr gofal plant ac addysg proffesiynol. Dywedodd y Cyfarwyddwr Barrington Oliver-Mighten:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cMae cyrraedd \u00a36m mewn benthyca yn dangos yr effaith gynyddol rydym yn ei chyflawni drwy\u2019r CIEF. Mae t\u00eem Benthyciadau Busnes cyfan BCRS wedi bod yn ymroddedig i wneud y mwyaf o gyrhaeddiad y CIEF, grymuso cwmn\u00efau i ehangu, gwneud buddsoddiadau strategol a chreu cyfleoedd swyddi yn ystod yr amseroedd economaidd cymhleth hyn.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n

Nod y CIEF diweddaraf yw buddsoddi mewn 800 o gwmn\u00efau bach yn genedlaethol a chefnogi 10,500 o swyddi trwy ddefnyddio'r arian gan Lloyds a'r buddsoddwr effaith gymdeithasol Better Society Capital ynghyd \u00e2'r tri CDFI sy'n cymryd rhan, sef Benthyciadau Busnes BCRS, Cronfa Menter Busnes a Chyllid ar gyfer Menter.<\/p>\n

Mae'r gronfa ar gyfer busnesau bach sydd wedi'u lleoli mewn ardaloedd dan anfantais economaidd yn dilyn CIEF cyntaf llwyddiannus, y darparodd Benthyciadau Busnes BCRS fenthyciadau ar ei gyfer. Rheolir y CIEF gan CDFI Social Investment Scotland, sydd wedi bod yn buddsoddi yn y sector cymdeithasol ers 2001.<\/p>\n

Gan weithio tuag at ei nod o sicrhau nad oes unrhyw fusnes hyfyw yn mynd heb gefnogaeth, mae BCRS Business Loans yn rheolwr cronfeydd ar gyfer pot cronfeydd bach Cronfa Fuddsoddi gyntaf Cymru gwerth \u00a3130m ac ar gyfer Cronfa Fuddsoddi Midlands Engine II, a fydd yn cyflawni ymrwymiad o \u00a3400m o gyllid newydd i fusnesau ledled y Midlands.<\/p>\n

Ar \u00f4l lansio yn 2002, mae Benthyciadau Busnes BCRS bellach wedi pasiodd \u00a3100 miliwn mewn cyfanswm o fenthyciadau i fusnesau, gan gynhyrchu cyfanswm o \u00a3518 miliwn mewn effaith economaidd<\/a><\/span>Hyd at ddiwedd mis Ebrill 2025, cefnogodd Benthyciadau Busnes BCRS 1,594 o fusnesau nad oeddent yn gallu cael mynediad at gyllid traddodiadol, gan greu dros 5,900 o swyddi a diogelu 11,779 o rolau presennol.<\/p>\n

Yn ddiweddar, cyflawnodd Benthyciadau Busnes BCRS un o'i flynyddoedd gorau erioed<\/a><\/span>, gan ddarparu \u00a39,900,502 i 124 o fusnesau yn ystod blwyddyn ariannol 2024-25, cynnydd o 68% yn nifer y busnesau bach a chanolig a gefnogwyd o'i gymharu \u00e2'r flwyddyn flaenorol.
