Fel sefydliad sy\u2019n ceisio datblygu ac ehangu g\u00eam rygbi ar draws gogledd Cymru, mae\u2019n bwysig bod ein partneriaid hefyd yn rhannu ein blaenoriaethau wrth gefnogi cymunedau ar draws y rhanbarth.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><em>\u201cMae gwerthoedd ac ethos BCRS yn cyd-fynd \u00e2\u2019n rhai ni ac rydym yn gyffrous ynghylch datblygu ein partneriaeth drwy gydol y tymor, a thu hwnt.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>RGC yw\u2019r t\u00eem cynrychioli rhanbarthol ar gyfer Rhanbarth Datblygu Rygbi Gogledd Cymru. Mae\u2019n rhedeg llwybr chwaraewyr newydd sefydledig, sydd wedi datblygu chwaraewyr fel Sam Wainwright a Sean Lonsdale yn llwyddiannus ac mae\u2019n edrych i ddatblygu llawer mwy o chwaraewyr ar gyfer y t\u00eem cenedlaethol, a g\u00eam broffesiynol, yn y blynyddoedd i ddod.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ychwanegodd James Pittendreigh, Rheolwr Datblygu Busnes yn BCRS Business Loans:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cRydym yn rhannu gwerthoedd a dyheadau tebyg i RGC, sy\u2019n edrych i ddatblygu ac ehangu\u2019r g\u00eam a\u2019r darpar chwaraewyr ar draws y rhanbarth.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><em>\u201cBenthyciadau Busnes BCRS<\/em><em> wedi ymrwymo i ogledd Cymru a thrwy weithio mewn partneriaeth ag RGC rydym yn hyderus y gallwn gyda\u2019n gilydd fod o fudd i fusnesau, ac unigolion, i helpu i wneud Gogledd Cymru yn rhanbarth llwyddiannus iawn.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Yng Nghymru BCRS Business Loans yw rheolwr cronfa Cronfa Benthyciadau Llai (\u00a325,000 i \u00a3100,000) y Gronfa Fuddsoddi i Gymru, a lansiwyd gan Fanc Busnes Prydain ddiwedd 2023. Mae Cronfa Fuddsoddi Cymru yn gweithredu ar draws y cyfan Cymru ac mae\u2019n cynnwys amrywiaeth o opsiynau cyllid gyda benthyciadau o \u00a325,000 i \u00a32 filiwn a buddsoddiadau ecwiti hyd at \u00a35 miliwn i helpu busnesau bach a chanolig i sefydlu, cynyddu neu aros ar y blaen.<\/p>\n<p>Ar \u00f4l gweithio gyda busnesau bach a chanolig nad ydynt yngallu cael gafael ar gyllid o ffynonellau traddodiadol yng Ngorllewin Canolbarth Lloegr ers 2002, mae Benthyciadau Busnes BCRS wedi ehangu i Gymru i helpu busnesau llai yno i ddatblygu a ffynnu dan y gronfa, a lansiwyd yn swyddogol yng Nghaerdydd ym mis Tachwedd.<\/p>\n<p>Ers sefydlu BCRS fel sefydliad ariannol datblygu cymunedol yn 2002, mae wedi darparu benthyciadau gwerth mwy na \u00a390 miliwn i fusnesau ar draws Gorllewin Canolbarth Lloegr a Chymru.
