Fodd bynnag, gyda'r rhan fwyaf o geir modern wedi'u cyfarparu \u00e2 Systemau Cynorthwyo Gyrwyr Uwch (ADAS), gwelodd y Cyfarwyddwr Matt O'Keefe y posibilrwydd o dwf busnes wrth ymgymryd ag atgyweiriadau arloesol y tu hwnt i adfer ffenestr flaen. Ar \u00f4l sicrhau cyllid a arweiniodd at fuddsoddi mewn hyfforddi staff, mae\u2019r busnes wedi mynd ymlaen i sicrhau contract newydd ac wedi ymuno \u00e2\u2019r Gr\u0175p Atgyweirio Arloesol (IRG) lle maent bellach yn gwneud gwaith sy\u2019n bwydo drwodd o\u2019u chwe garej ar draws de Cymru.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Esboniodd y Cyfarwyddwr Matt O'Keefe:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cMae ein busnes wedi bod yn tyfu\u2019n gyson ers 2016 ac rydym wedi gosod cannoedd o ffenestri blaen ceir ar draws De Cymru. Fodd bynnag, gyda\u2019r rhan fwyaf o geir modern wedi\u2019u cyfarparu ag ADAS, fel cymorth l\u00f4n a brecio brys awtomatig, gwelsom fwlch yn y farchnad i sicrhau bod gyrwyr yn ddiogel, ac wedi\u2019u hamddiffyn trwy eu hyswiriant, trwy gael graddnodi eu cerbydau ar \u00f4l unrhyw waith cynnal a chadw.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Yn gynharach eleni argymhellwyd i Matt gysylltu \u00e2 BCRS Business Loans, a bu\u2019n gweithio gyda Rheolwr Datblygu Busnes De Cymru, Niki Haggerty-James. Drwy\u2019r berthynas hon llwyddodd Screen Genie i gael pecyn cyllid gwerth \u00a325,000 gan BCRS Business Loans, rheolwr ariannu Cronfa Buddsoddi i Cymru, a lansiwyd gan Fanc Busnes Prydain ddiwedd 2023.<\/p>\n<p>Mae&#039;r cyllid wedi caniat\u00e1u i Screen Genie fuddsoddi mewn hyfforddi&#039;r pedwar aelod o staff i&#039;r achrediad ADAS uchaf, gan ganiat\u00e1u iddynt wneud gwaith ar gerbydau i ddarparu gwasanaeth ail-raddnodi llawn.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Parhaodd Matt:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cMae\u2019r cyllid hwn wedi rhoi hwb i botensial y busnes, ac rydym i gyd bellach wedi\u2019n hyfforddi i ddarparu\u2019r gwasanaeth hwn i helpu i gadw pobl yn ddiogel ar y ffyrdd. Gyda thechnoleg modurol yn symud ymlaen mor gyflym mae'n hanfodol bod gyrwyr yn deall pwysigrwydd cynnal a chadw eu cerbydau i'r safonau uchaf. <\/em><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cMae yna ardal lwyd o amgylch ADAS, gyda llawer o bobl ddim yn sylweddoli, os ydyn nhw'n gwneud gwaith cynnal a chadw ar eu cerbyd, bod angen iddyn nhw ei ail-raddnodi i aros yn ddiogel, neu mae eu hyswiriant yn debygol o fod yn annilys, sy'n golygu y gallent fod yn filoedd o bunnoedd allan o boced.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><em>\u201cRydym yn falch bod Niki a\u2019r t\u00eem yn BCRS wedi gweld y potensial yn ein cynlluniau twf busnes ac wedi gweithio gyda ni i sicrhau\u2019r cyllid hwn. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><em>\u201cRydym bellach yn un o ddim ond tair garej yng Nghymru gyfan sy\u2019n gallu cyflawni gwaith cynnal a chadw ADAS ac rydym yn obeithiol y bydd y cyfle hwn yn caniat\u00e1u inni barhau i elwa ar dwf. Mae Matt wedi nodi\u2019n glir fod bwlch yn y farchnad o ran cynnig cynhaliaeth ADAS i fodurwyr, nad yw ar gael i raddau helaeth yng Nghymru, ac rydym yn falch bod y cyllid wedi\u2019i ryddhau iddo er mwyn helpu i wireddu ei nodau busnes.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Mae\u2019r Cronfa Fuddsoddi I Gymru a gefnogir gan Fanc Busnes Prydain yn gweithredu ar draws Cymru gyfan ac mae\u2019n cynnwys amrywiaeth o opsiynau cyllid gyda benthyciadau o \u00a325,000 i \u00a32 filiwn a buddsoddiadau ecwiti hyd at \u00a35 miliwn i helpu busnesau bach a chanolig i ddechrau, cynyddu neu aros ar y blaen. Mae Benthyciadau Busnes BCRS yn rheoli'r rhan benthyciadau llai o'r gronfa (\u00a325,000 i \u00a3100,000). Bydd FW Capital yn gyfrifol am fenthyciadau mwy (\u00a3100,000 i \u00a32 filiwn) a Foresight fydd yn rheoli bargeinion ecwiti (hyd at \u00a35 miliwn).<\/p>\n<p>Mae Cronfa Fuddsoddi i Gymru yn helpu i gynyddu cyflenwad ac amrywiaeth cyllid cyfnod cynnar drwy ddarparu opsiynau i fusnesau llai na fyddent fel arall yn derbyn buddsoddiad.
