Nid yn unig rydym wedi gorfod gweithio ein ffordd drwy brisiau cyfnewidiol y farchnad, tra'n cydbwyso cyflogaeth, ond hefyd prisiau ynni a sancsiynau mewnforio. Ar y cyfan, mae wedi bod yn dipyn o daith.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cY llynedd cawsom ein derbyn i werthu ar Farchnadle B&amp;Q , a roddodd hwb aruthrol i werthiant, a nawr rydym yn cludo ein pren i fusnesau a chwsmeriaid ledled y DU. Gyda\u2019r twf hwn daeth yr angen i fuddsoddi mewn stoc, fel y gallwn gyflawni\u2019r gwerthiant, ond roedd llif arian yn dynn.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ar y pwynt hwn yr argymhellwyd Jody i gysylltu \u00e2 Benthyciadau Busnes BCRS ac, ar \u00f4l gweithio gyda Rheolwr Datblygu Busnes Gogledd Cymru, James Pittendreigh, llwyddodd i gael pecyn cyllid gan Benthyciadau Busnes BCRS, un o dri rheolwr cronfa am y Gronfa Fuddsoddi i Gymru gwerth \u00a3130 miliwn, a lansiwyd gan Fanc Busnes Prydain ddiwedd 2023.<\/p>\n<p>Mae'r cyllid wedi galluogi Snowdon Timber Products i fuddsoddi mewn stoc, tra maent hefyd wedi cadw'r holl staff a chyflogi dau aelod llawn amser arall, yn ogystal \u00e2 recriwtio i nifer o swyddi dros dro.<\/p>\n<p>Parhaodd Jody:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMae\u2019r cyllid hwn wedi datgloi potensial y busnes a hebddo, rwy\u2019n meddwl y byddem yn eithaf llonydd. Yn lle hynny, mae wedi caniat\u00e1u i ni fynd \u00e2'r busnes i'r cyfeiriad y mae angen iddo fynd ac rydym yn obeithiol, trwy'r llwybrau Marchnadle B&amp;Q, y gallwn ddechrau gwerthu y tu allan i'r DU.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRoedd y llynedd yn garreg filltir enfawr i ni, ac rydym newydd ragori ar drosiant y llynedd hanner ffordd drwy\u2019r flwyddyn. Rydym yn ymfalch\u00efo yn ein cefnogaeth bwrpasol ac yn seilio ein penderfyniadau ar y busnes ei hun, nid sgorau credyd cyfrifiadurol.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMae Snowdon Timber Products wedi goresgyn llawer o heriau yn y farchnad, ac rydym yn falch o weld sut mae\u2019r cyllid hwn eisoes yn cael effaith gadarnhaol arnynt ac yn agor llwybrau pellach ar gyfer twf.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Dywedodd Bethan Bannister, Uwch Reolwr Buddsoddi, Cronfeydd y Cenhedloedd a'r Rhanbarthau yn y British Business Bank:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLansiwyd Cronfa Fuddsoddi i Gymru gwerth \u00a3130 miliwn i gefnogi busnesau llwyddiannus ac uchelgeisiol fel Snowdon Timber Products wrth iddynt weithio\u2019n galed i wireddu eu nodau, yn enwedig wrth ddod o hyd i amodau cythryblus y farchnad.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRydym yn gobeithio y bydd y buddsoddiad hwn o \u00a3100,000 a gyflwynir drwy BCRS yn cyfrannu at eu llwyddiant parhaus.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Mae Cronfa Fuddsoddi i Gymru a gefnogir gan Fanc Busnes Prydain yn gweithredu ar draws Gymru gyfan ac yn cynnwys ystod o opsiynau cyllid gyda benthyciadau o \u00a325,000 i \u00a32 filiwn a buddsoddiadau ecwiti hyd at \u00a35 miliwn i helpu busnesau bacha chanolig i gychwyn, cynyddu neu aros ar y blaen. Mae Benthyciadau Busnes BCRS yn rheoli'r rhan benthyciadau llaio'r gronfa (\u00a325,000 i \u00a3100,000). Mae FW Capital yn gyfrifol am fenthyciadau mwy (\u00a3100,000 i \u00a32 filiwn) ac mae Foresight yn rheoli bargeinion ecwiti (hyd at \u00a35 miliwn).<\/p>\n<p>Mae Cronfa Fuddsoddi i Gymru yn helpu i gynyddu cyflenwad ac amrywiaeth cyllid cyfnod cynnar drwy ddarparu opsiynau i fusnesau llai na fyddent fel arall yn derbyn buddsoddiad. Mae'r cyllid wedi'i gynllunio i helpu busnesau gyda gweithgareddau gan gynnwys ehangu, arloesi cynnyrch neu wasanaeth, prosesau newydd, datblygu sgiliau ac offer cyfalaf.<\/p>\n<p>Ar \u00f4l gweithio gyda busnesau bach a chanolig nad ydynt yngallu cael gafael ar gyllid o ffynonellau traddodiadol yng Ngorllewin Canolbarth Lloegr ers 2002, mae Benthyciadau Busnes BCRS wedi ehangu i Gymru i helpu busnesau llai yno i ddatblygu a ffynnu dan y gronfa, a lansiwyd yn swyddogol yng Nghaerdydd ym mis Tachwedd.<\/p>\n<p>Ers sefydlu Benthyciadau Busnes BCRS fel sefydliad ariannol datblygu cymunedol yn 2002, mae wedi darparu benthyciadau gwerth dros \u00a385 miliwn i fusnesau ledled Gorllewin Canolbarth Lloegr.
