Mae\u2019r sefydliad yn cynhyrchu gwaith dylunio print a digidol traddodiadol, yn gweithredu stiwdio datblygu gemau ac mae hefyd yn un o\u2019r darparwyr hyfforddiant mwyaf yn y Wlad Ddu ar gyfer prentisiaethau creadigol a digidol.<\/p>\n<p>Sicrhaodd LearnPlay fenthyciad o \u00a3100,000 gan BCRS yn 2020 trwy Gronfa Buddsoddi Mewn Injan Canolbarth Lloegr (MEIF) ar y cyd \u00e2 Chynllun Benthyciadau Ymyriad Busnes Coronafeirws (CBILS).<\/p>\n<p>Galluogodd y cyllid i LearnPlay barhau i weithio yn ystod y cyfnod o aflonyddwch a achoswyd gan Covid-19 ac ailffocysu\u2019r hyn a wnaeth fel busnes fel y gallai adfer yn dilyn y pandemig.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eglurodd Rheolwr Gyfarwyddwr LearnPlay, Ro Hands:<\/strong> <em>\u201cGalluogodd y cyllid a dderbynwydgan BCRS i ni archwilio ffyrdd amgen o gyflawniy contractau  a amharwyd. Bu\u2019n rhaid i ni bontio o fod yn wasanaeth wyneb yn wyneb yn bennaf i fod yn un ar-lein, gan dyfu ein harlwy o bell trwy ddatblygu sesiynau hyfforddi ac asesiadau y gellid eu cynnal yn rhithwir.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cAr \u00f4l gweithio o\u2019r blaen dan is-gontractiwr ar gyfer darparu prentisiaethau, yn dilyn y pandemig fe wnaethom hefyd benderfynu dod yn brif ddarparwr prentisiaethau fel y gallem ddarparu hyfforddiant uniongyrchol i brentisiaid ar gyfer sefydliadau eraill.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cYn ystod y broses sefydlu, a gymerodd tua wyth mis, fe wnaeth cyllid gan BCRS ein galluogi i ailstrwythuro ac ailffocysu ein harlwy fel y gallem baratoi i fod yn sefydliad gwahanol. Nawr bod popeth yn ei le, ein bwriad yw dechrau tyfu eto.\u201d\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Mae gan y sefydliad cyfryngau digidol dielw berthynas barhaus \u00e2 BCRS, ar \u00f4l cymreyd chwe benthyciad gyda\u2019r benthyciwr amgen ers 2008.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dywedodd Ro Hands:<\/strong> <em>\u201cRydyn ni wedi cael benthyciadau lluosog gan BCRS ac maen nhw wedi bod yn anhygoel mewn sawl ffordd. Mae mynd at fanc traddodiadol yn anhygoel o anodd y dyddiau hyn i sefydliad o&#039;n maint ni.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cGyda BCRS, nid yn unig y cawsom fynediad at gyllid, ond fe wnaethom ni hynny\u2019n gyflym iawn. Cawsom fynediad at bobl wych a weithiodd gyda ni i wirio pethau fel fforddiadwyedd a rhagamcanion. Roedd gennym rywun y gallem godi&#039;r ff\u00f4n ato pe bai gennym broblem a bod angen inni ofyn am gyngor.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cDydyn ni ddim yn cael y gwasanaeth yna yn unman arall, felly dyna pam rydyn ni\u2019n dal i fynd yn \u00f4l.
