{"id":8453,"date":"2024-02-07T15:42:16","date_gmt":"2024-02-07T15:42:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bcrs.org.uk\/?p=8453"},"modified":"2024-02-07T15:42:51","modified_gmt":"2024-02-07T15:42:51","slug":"bcrs-business-loans-appoints-new-business-development-managers-to-support-businesses-in-wales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bcrs.org.uk\/cy\/blog\/bcrs-business-loans-appoints-new-business-development-managers-to-support-businesses-in-wales\/","title":{"rendered":"Mae BCRS Business Loans yn penodi rheolwyr datblygu busnes newydd i gefnogi busnesau yng Nghymru"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>O&#039;r chwith, Graeme Lewis a Stephen Deakin o BCRS, Beth Bannister Banc Busnes Prydain a Ken Cooper, Caroline Dunn, Niki Haggerty-James a James Pittendreigh, i gyd yn BCRS.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Mae Benthyciadau Busnes BCRS wedi penodi tri rheolwr datblygu busnes newydd i gefnogi busnesau bach yng Nghymru ar \u00f4l cael eu penodi\u2019n rheolwr cronfa ar gyfer y Gronfa Benthyciadau Llai, sy\u2019n rhan o Gronfa Buddsoddi Cymru newydd gwerth \u00a3130 miliwn a lansiwyd gan Fanc Busnes Prydain.<\/p>\n<p>Ar \u00f4l gweithio gyda busnesau bach a chanolig nad ydynt yngallu cael gafael ar gyllid o ffynonellau traddodiadol yng Ngorllewin Canolbarth Lloegr ers 2002, mae Benthyciadau Busnes BCRS wedi ehangu i Gymru i helpu busnesau llai yno i ddatblygu a ffynnu dan y gronfa, a lansiwyd yn swyddogol yng Nghaerdydd ym mis Tachwedd.<\/p>\n<p>Bydd y tri rheolwr datblygu busnes newydd yn cefnogi busnesau bach yng Nghymru sy\u2019n chwilio am gyllid i\u2019w helpu i gyflawni twf, diogelu swyddi a chreu cyfleoedd cyflogaeth newydd.<\/p>\n<p>Mae James Pittendreigh wedi ymuno \u00e2 BCRS fel rheolwr datblygu busnes. Mae James wedi gweithio yn y diwydiant ariannol ers 10 mlynedd, gan dreulio amser gyda\u2019r Royal Bank of Scotland a HSBC, yn fwyaf diweddar yn gweithio\u2019n agos gyda mentrau bach a chanolig eu maint yng nghymuned fusnes Gogledd Cymru.<\/p>\n<p>Mae Niki Haggerty-James yn aelod o\u2019r Bwrdd fel rheolwr datblygu busnes BCRS ar \u00f4l treulio 32 mlynedd yn gweithio ym maes cyllid yn Barclays, a oedd yn cynnwys r\u00f4l fel rheolwr ecosystem yn cefnogi busnesau bach a chanolig ledled Cymru. Ei r\u00f4l ddiweddaraf cyn BCRS oedd cwmni newydd twf uchel, lle cafodd brofiad uniongyrchol o amgylchedd cychwyn busnes Cymru.<\/p>\n<p>Ymunodd y rheolwr datblygu busnes Graeme Lewis \u00e2 BCRS gyda chefndir helaeth mewn gwasanaethau ariannol, sy&#039;n cynnwys chwe blynedd fel uwch reolwr banc gyda Gr\u0175p NatWest. Mae Graeme hefyd wedi gweithio yn y diwydiant moduro ac yn fwyaf diweddar wedi rheoli meddygfa yng Nghaerdydd.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dywedodd Prif Swyddog Gweithredol Benthyciadau Busnes BCRS, Stephen Deakin:<\/strong><em> \u201cRydym yn falch iawn o groesawu James, Niki a Graeme i&#039;n t\u00eem datblygu busnes ar \u00f4l i BCRS ddod yn un o reolwyr cronfa Cronfa Buddsoddi \u00a3130 miliwn newydd Banc Busnes Prydain i Gymru.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cMae pob un ohonyn nhw\u2019n dod \u00e2 chyfoeth o brofiad i BCRS ac yn angerddol am helpu busnesau bach a chanolig i gyflawni eu nodau.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cByddant yn chwarae rhan allweddol wrth helpu busnesau bach i gael mynediad at gyllid fel y gallant dyfu a ffynnu, a fydd yn ei dro yn cyfrannu at lwyddiant economi ehangach Cymru. Yn BCRS credwn na ddylai unrhyw fusnes hyfyw fynd heb gefnogaeth.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Bydd Cronfa Fuddsoddi Cymru yn sbarduno twf economaidd cynaliadwy drwy gefnogi busnesau newydd a thwf drwy strategaethau buddsoddi sy\u2019n diwallu anghenion y cwmn\u00efau hyn orau.<\/p>\n<p>Mae\u2019r gronfa, sy\u2019n gweithredu ledled Cymru gyfan, yn cynnwys amrywiaeth o opsiynau cyllid gyda benthyciadau o \u00a325,000 i \u00a32 filiwn a buddsoddiadau ecwiti hyd at \u00a35 miliwn i helpu busnesau bach a chanolig i ddechrau, cynyddu neu aros ar y blaen.<\/p>\n<p>Mae tri rheolwr cronfa wedi\u2019u penodi, gyda Benthyciadau Busnes BCRS yn rheoli\u2019r rhan benthyciadau llai o\u2019r gronfa (\u00a325,000 i \u00a3100,000). Bydd FW Capital yn gyfrifol am fenthyciadau mwy (\u00a3100,000 i \u00a32 filiwn) a Foresight fydd yn rheoli bargeinion ecwiti (hyd at \u00a35 miliwn).<\/p>\n<p>Ers sefydlu Benthyciadau Busnes BCRS fel sefydliad ariannol datblygu cymunedol yn 2002, mae wedi darparu benthyciadau gwerth dros \u00a385 miliwn i fusnesau ledled Gorllewin Canolbarth Lloegr. Dangosodd adroddiad effaith gymdeithasol ar gyfer y flwyddyn ariannol ddiwethaf fod Benthyciadau Busnes BCRS wedi benthyca \u00a36.5 miliwn i 72 o fusnesau, gan ddiogelu 999 o swyddi a chreu 473 o rolau, gan ychwanegu gwerth \u00a333.7 miliwn at economi Gorllewin Canolbarth Lloegr a\u2019r rhanbarth cyfagos.<\/p>\n<p>Cronfa Fuddsoddi Cymru yw\u2019r gronfa fuddsoddi gyntaf a gefnogir gan lywodraeth y DU yn unig ar gyfer busnesau llai yng Nghymru, gan helpu i gynyddu cyflenwad ac amrywiaeth cyllid cyfnod cynnar trwy ddarparu opsiynau i gwmn\u00efau na fyddent efallai\u2019n cael buddsoddiad fel arall. Mae cyllid wedi&#039;i gynllunio i helpu busnesau gyda gweithgareddau gan gynnwys ehangu, arloesi cynnyrch neu wasanaeth, prosesau newydd, datblygu sgiliau, ac offer cyfalaf.<\/p>\n<p>Yn dilyn lansiad y gronfa, bydd Banc Busnes Prydain yn cynnal cyfres o sioeau teithiol gwybodaeth wedi\u2019u hanelu at bobl sy\u2019n gweithio yn yr ecosystem cyllid busnesau bach gan gynnwys asiantaethau menter, cynghorwyr, cyfrifwyr a mwy.
