Cyhoeddwyd y penodiad yn dilyn y twf eithriadol mewn busnes dros y ddwy flynedd ddiwethaf.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ar \u00f4l gweithio&#039;n ymarferol am ychydig llai na 12 mlynedd, mae gan Stephen set sgiliau eang a gwybodaeth dechnegol gref. Mae ei amser yn ymarferol wedi rhoi amlygiad iddo i amrywiaeth eang o fusnesau, ar draws nifer o wahanol sectorau, yn amrywio o fasnachwyr unigol i gr\u0175p o gwmn\u00efau sydd \u00e2 throsiant o dros \u00a3600 miliwn. Fel Rheolydd Ariannol yn BCRS, rwyf am helpu\u2019r sefydliad i dyfu ymhellach, gan gynyddu nifer y busnesau y gallwn eu helpu, tra hefyd yn sicrhau bod prosesau cyfrifyddu a rheolaethau digonol ar waith i hwyluso\u2019r twf hwn\u201d, meddai Stephen. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Yn ddiweddar, dathlodd BCRS flwyddyn arall o dwf ar \u00f4l cynyddu&#039;n llwyddiannus<\/span> benthyca busnes o fwy na 40% yn 2013.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ers ei sefydlu 12 mlynedd yn \u00f4l, mae BCRS wedi rhoi benthyg dros \u00a316.8 miliwn i fusnesau lleol ac wedi creu neu sicrhau dros 2,400 o swyddi ar draws Gorllewin Canolbarth Lloegr.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Y BCRS <\/span>Cynlluniwyd y gronfa fenthyciadau i ddiwallu anghenion busnesau lleol nad ydynt yn gallu cael benthyciadau o ffynonellau traddodiadol megis y banciau. <span style=\"color: #000000;\">Ei unig ddiben yw darparu mynediad at gyllid i alluogi busnesau i dyfu a ffynnu drwy ddarparu benthyciadau yn amrywio o \u00a310,000 i \u00a3100,000.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Dywedodd Paul Kalinauckas, Prif Weithredwr BCRS; \u201cRydym yn falch iawn o ychwanegu person profiadol arall at ein t\u00eem cynyddol. <\/span>Bydd Stephen yn helpu i lunio a chyfarwyddo cynlluniau twf y sefydliad ac edrychwn ymlaen at elwa o\u2019r mewnwelediad a\u2019r profiad y bydd yn eu cyflwyno i BCRS nawr ac yn y dyfodol.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Yn ogystal \u00e2&#039;i ddyletswyddau yn BCRS, mae Stephen hefyd yn aelod bwrdd ac yn drysorydd ar gyfer Headway Black Country.
