Helpodd y benthyciad i hyfforddi ymarferwr newydd gymhwyso a buddsoddi mewn offer, sy&#039;n golygu bod y cwmni wedi mynd o nerth i nerth.<\/p>\n<p>Cysylltodd Leila Kirk, Rheolwr Gyfarwyddwr Workforce First \u00e2 chronfa Benthyciad Busnes Swydd Stafford, sy\u2019n cael ei rhedeg gan y cyngor sir mewn partneriaeth \u00e2\u2019r BCRS, ar \u00f4l cael ei gwrthod am gyllid gan eu benthyciwr prif ffrwd hirsefydlog.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRydym yn ddiolchgar i Gronfa Benthyciadau Busnes Swydd Stafford gan iddi ein cyrraedd ni heddiw. Mae\u2019r rhan fwyaf o\u2019r cynlluniau yr oeddem wedi\u2019u mapio bellach wedi\u2019u gwneud yn bosibl diolch i gyfarfod ar hap mewn cyfarfod rhwydweithio a fynychwyd gennym a chael gwybod am y ffynhonnell gyllid amgen hon. Roedd yr holl broses o wneud cais am fenthyciad drwy BCRS yn gyflym ac yn hawdd iawn. Cawsom ein hysbysu ar bob cam ac fel y dywedant \u2013 hanes yw\u2019r gweddill.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Wedi&#039;i sefydlu yn 2006, mae&#039;r cwmni wedi parhau i dyfu diolch i ddycnwch a gwaith caled Leila. Gyda mwy nag 20 mlynedd o brofiad yn cynghori busnesau am iechyd a diogelwch, Leila hefyd yw trefnydd Gorllewin Canolbarth Lloegr Cymdeithas Hylendid Galwedigaethol Prydain. Rydym wedi gallu parhau ar ein taith diolch i Gronfa Benthyciadau Busnes Swydd Stafford.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Mae benthyciadau rhwng \u00a310,000 a \u00a350,000 ar gael, ond dim ond i fusnesau hyfyw yn Swydd Stafford sydd wedi cael eu gwrthod gan y banciau. Mae Cronfa Benthyciadau Busnes Swydd Stafford yn cael ei rheoli gan BCRS, yn cael ei rhedeg ar y cyd \u00e2 Chyngor Sir Swydd Stafford a\u2019i hariannu\u2019n rhannol gan Gronfa Datblygu Rhanbarthol Ewrop.<\/p>\n<p>Dywedodd Mark Winnington, aelod cabinet Cyngor Sir Stafford dros yr economi a seilwaith: \u201cMae cefnogi busnesau bach yn brif flaenoriaeth i\u2019r cyngor sir ac mae ein cynllun benthyciadau yn rhan bwysig o\u2019n pecyn cymorth.
