Mae prentisiaethau yn gyfle gwych i lenwi bylchau sgiliau, dod \u00e2 phersbectif newydd gwerthfawr a gallant helpu i wella cynhyrchiant yn y gweithle. Yn \u00f4l ystadegau'r llywodraeth (https:\/\/www.apprenticeships.gov.uk\/employers\/benefits-of-hiring-apprentice<\/a>), Dywedodd 86% o gyflogwyr fod prentisiaethau wedi eu helpu i ddatblygu sgiliau sy\u2019n berthnasol i\u2019w sefydliad a dywedodd 76% fod cyflogi prentis wedi eu helpu i wella cynhyrchiant.<\/p>\n

Derbyniodd Meithrinfa Ddydd Honey Pot gyllid gan BCRS ac mae wedi cyflogi dau, Lefel 3, o brentisiaid Addysg Blynyddoedd Cynnar.<\/p>\n

\u201cFel busnes bach sy\u2019n cyflogi 15 aelod o staff, mae cynllun prentisiaeth wedi bod yn ffordd wych i ni adeiladu piblinell dalent ar gyfer y dyfodol, yn ogystal \u00e2 rhoi cyfle i bobl, waeth beth fo\u2019u hoedran, ennill arian wrth ddysgu. Dywedodd Lianne Saad perchennog Meithrinfa Ddydd Honey Pot.<\/p>\n

\u201cMae gennym ni ddau brentis, un yn 18 oed a\u2019r llall yn 37 oed. Mae'r ddau brentis ar gamau bywyd gwahanol iawn. Ymunodd un \u00e2 ni yn syth o'r ysgol a'r llall o faes gwaith hollol wahanol. Mae wedi bod yn bleser gwylio'r ddau brentis, dod i mewn i'w pen eu hunain a chanfod eu traed o fewn y sector blynyddoedd cynnar.<\/p>\n

\u201cHeb gynlluniau prentisiaeth, byddai\u2019r hynaf o\u2019r ddau wedi\u2019i chael hi\u2019n her i newid o un proffesiwn i\u2019r llall. Cynhelir Wythnos Genedlaethol Prentisiaethau rhwng 6 a 12 Chwefror 2023 ac mae\u2019n dathlu\u2019r effaith gadarnhaol y mae prentisiaethau\u2019n ei chael ar unigolion, busnesau a\u2019r gymuned ehangach.<\/p>\n

Bydd thema eleni 'Sgiliau Bywyd' yn myfyrio ar sut y gall prentisiaethau helpu unigolion i ddatblygu'r sgiliau a'r wybodaeth sydd eu hangen ar gyfer gyrfa werth chweil a helpu busnesau i ddatblygu gweithlu dawnus sydd \u00e2 sgiliau ar gyfer y dyfodol.<\/p>\n
