Ar adeg ysgrifennu, rydw i wedi bod yma ers ychydig dros dri mis. Cyn ymuno, roeddwn gyda chwmni am saith mlynedd. Roedd y cwmni hwnnw i mi yn cyfateb yn ddiwylliannol i b\u00e2r cynnes a blewog o sliperi. Roeddwn i&#039;n gwybod enw pawb. Roeddwn i&#039;n gwybod pwy y gallwn i alw gyda chwestiynau. Cefais gefnogaeth dda, ac roeddwn yn gwybod yr holl reolau yn ysgrifenedig ac yn anysgrifenedig. Roedd symud i BCRS yn golygu ymgartrefu mewn diwylliant cwmni newydd a chael p\u00e2r gwahanol o sliperi fy hun. (Er y dylwn ychwanegu, dwi wedi ffeindio bod y rhai yma yn gynnes iawn ac yn blewog hefyd).<\/p>\n<p>Mae diwylliant ar frig y rhestr o bethau anniriaethol sydd mor bwysig i fusnesau. Nid oes targed diwylliannol; ffigwr y gallwn ei fesur a&#039;i roi mewn dec sleidiau sy&#039;n dweud: \u201cmae gennym ni ddiwylliant gwych\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Mae diwylliant yn deimlad.<\/p>\n<p>Mae&#039;n diffinio a yw pobl yn hoffi gweithio i chi ai peidio. P&#039;un a yw pobl yn dod i mewn i waith yn ei ofni neu a ydynt am fod yno. Yn fwy na hynny, fel rhywun sydd newydd fynd drwy&#039;r broses o newid swyddi, dyna&#039;r peth yr oeddwn i&#039;n poeni fwyaf amdano wrth gyfweld ar gyfer y r\u00f4l.<\/p>\n<p>A allaf ffitio i mewn yma? A fyddaf yn cael fy ngwerthfawrogi? A fyddaf yn mwynhau gweithio yma?<\/p>\n<p>Roedd y rhain i gyd yn gwestiynau roeddwn i eisiau eu hateb cyn newid swydd ac maen nhw i gyd yn cael eu diffinio gan y diwylliant rydych chi&#039;n ei greu.<\/p>\n<p>Pa fath o ddiwylliant ydych chi am ei greu? Sut ydych chi am i&#039;r sliperi deimlo pan fydd gweithiwr newydd yn eu rhoi ymlaen? Ydyn nhw&#039;n gynnes a blewog neu&#039;n fwy iwtilitaraidd? Oes ganddyn nhw gefn cefnogol neu ydyn nhw&#039;n rhydd? (Rwy&#039;n addo mai dyma&#039;r tro olaf y byddaf yn defnyddio&#039;r trosiad sliper hwn).<\/p>\n<p><em>Mae llawer o&#039;r cwmn\u00efau rydyn ni&#039;n eu cefnogi yn BCRS yn dal i ddiffinio eu diwylliant ac felly isod mae rhai o&#039;r awgrymiadau gorau rydw i wedi&#039;u casglu gan ein t\u00eem yngl\u0177n \u00e2 gwneud eich diwylliant ar y brig.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Arwain trwy esiampl<\/h2>\n<p>Awgrym amlwg, ond pwysig. Dydw i ddim yn siarad yn unig am fyw y diwylliant rydych chi eisiau ei gael (er bod hynny&#039;n bwysig iawn). Rwyf hefyd yn s\u00f4n am sut yr ydych yn cefnogi eich geiriau gyda gweithredoedd. Mae dilysrwydd yn bwysig, ond mae&#039;r t\u00eem ehangach yn sylwi ar ddiffyg dilysrwydd a gall fod yn wenwynig. Nid yw&#039;r rhan fwyaf o bobl yn ymdrechu i fod yn ddiamau, ond yn anfwriadol nid ydynt yn dilyn eu geiriau ac yn y pen draw yn creu amgylchedd lle nad yw arweinwyr yn ymddiried ynddo.<\/p>\n<p>Yn ffodus, mae&#039;r gwrthwyneb hefyd yn wir. Os dilynwch eich geiriau, gallwch chi ennill parch yn gyflym. Cyfarf\u00fbm yn ddiweddar \u00e2 chwsmer BCRS yr oeddem wedi\u2019i helpu i brynu allan gan reolwyr. Roedden nhw wedi bod yn gweithio i&#039;r busnes ers blynyddoedd, ond nawr roedden nhw&#039;n galw&#039;r shots. Un o&#039;u newidiadau cyntaf oedd cynyddu cyflog gweithwyr fel ei fod yn gyfartal ymhlith y t\u00eem. Roedd gwahaniaethau cyflog wedi tyfu&#039;n naturiol, ond roedd y perchnogion newydd eisiau llechen l\u00e2n, hyd yn oed os oedd yn golygu ergyd i&#039;w helw.<\/p>\n<p>Roedd yr un weithred honno\u2019n rhoi syniad i bawb sut roedden nhw\u2019n mynd i redeg y cwmni. Roedd yn rhaid i weithwyr deimlo&#039;n dda am gyflog uwch, ond roeddent hefyd yn deall bod y berchnogaeth newydd yn mynd i gymryd camau i sicrhau tegwch. Dyna pam ei bod mor bwysig llogi&#039;r bobl iawn.<\/p>\n<p>Dywedwyd ers tro mai ffit ddiwylliannol yw&#039;r hyn y dylech chwilio amdano mewn gweithwyr newydd. Yr hyn nad ydyn nhw&#039;n ei wybod gallwch chi ei ddysgu (o fewn rheswm), ond os nad ydyn nhw&#039;n ffitio&#039;r diwylliant mae&#039;n anoddach dod \u00e2 nhw o gwmpas. Byddwn yn dadlau serch hynny, mewn busnesau bach lle mae&#039;r diwylliant yn dal i fod yn gyfnewidiol, mae&#039;n bwysicach fyth.<\/p>\n<p>Roeddwn unwaith mewn doo ymddeoliad i rywun oedd yn un o&#039;r gweithwyr cyntaf mewn busnes a aeth ymlaen i gyflogi cannoedd. Rhoddodd y Prif Swyddog Gweithredol ar y pryd araith angerddol lle cydnabu fod llawer o ddiwylliant y busnes wedi dod o&#039;i ddeg llogi cyntaf.<\/p>\n<p>Os ydych chi mewn busnes lle nad ydych chi wedi cyflogi deg o bobl eto, gall cael y llogi cynnar hynny&#039;n iawn ddiffinio&#039;ch diwylliant am y blynyddoedd i ddod. Felly, nid yn unig rydych chi eisiau llogi rhywun sy&#039;n cyd-fynd \u00e2&#039;r diwylliant fel y mae heddiw, ond sydd hefyd yn cyd-fynd \u00e2&#039;r diwylliant yr hoffech iddo ddod.<\/p>\n<h2>Ysgrifennwch ef i lawr (yn ofalus)<\/h2>\n<p>Mae yna deimlad dealladwy unwaith y byddwch chi&#039;n dechrau ysgrifennu rheolau diwylliannol, mae&#039;n rhoi&#039;r gorau i fod yn organig ac yn dechrau cael eich ... gorfodi. Byddwch yn wyliadwrus o hyn, ond nid yw hynny&#039;n golygu y dylech roi&#039;r gorau i bob ymgais i roi mewn geiriau beth mae&#039;n ei olygu i weithio i&#039;ch cwmni.<\/p>\n<p>Canolbwyntiwch ar werthoedd miniog byr sy&#039;n nodi&#039;n gyflym sut rydych chi am i&#039;r diwylliant edrych. Ni ddylai&#039;r gwerthoedd hyn fod yn uchelgeisiol ond dylent wneud synnwyr o fewn y busnes.
