Yn gymaint ag y mae awgrymiadau a chyngor ariannol i BBaChau yn bwysig i ni, heddiw yw Diwrnod Iechyd Meddwl y Byd (10fed Hydref).<\/p>\n<p>Fel sefydliad sydd wedi ymrwymo i gefnogi perchnogion busnes ar draws Gorllewin Canolbarth Lloegr, roeddem am rannu rhai ffyrdd y gall perchnogion busnes helpu eu hunain a\u2019u gweithwyr i ofalu am eu hiechyd meddwl.<\/p>\n<p>Wrth i gyfyngiadau Coronafeirws ddechrau dod yn rhywbeth o\u2019r gorffennol, mae\u2019n bwysig peidio ag anghofio bod iechyd meddwl yr un mor bwysig yn awr ag yr oedd yn anterth ynysu cymdeithasol.<\/p>\n<p>Oeddech chi&#039;n gwybod bod gweithleoedd sy&#039;n mynd i&#039;r afael \u00e2 lles meddwl yn 12% yn fwy cynhyrchiol?<\/p>\n<p>Dyma rai syniadau i sicrhau eich bod yn gofalu am eich gweithwyr a\u2019ch lles meddyliol eich hun.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Amser allan<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>Mae cymryd seibiannau rheolaidd yn ystod y diwrnod gwaith bob amser wedi bod yn rhywbeth sy&#039;n cael ei annog ond faint ohonoch chi sy&#039;n cymryd yr egwyliau argymelledig hyn o&#039;r ddesg mewn gwirionedd? Rydym yn dyfalu nad yw llawer ohonoch yn cymryd seibiannau mor rheolaidd ag y dylech.<\/p>\n<p>Mae&#039;n bwysig cymryd amser i ffwrdd o&#039;ch desg. Caniatewch amser i chi&#039;ch hun fynd am dro, cael ychydig o awyr iach, cael digon o olau dydd naturiol yn ystod y diwrnod gwaith a hefyd sicrhau eich bod yn diffodd o&#039;r gwaith ar ddiwedd y dydd. Mae sicrhau bod gennych gydbwysedd da rhwng bywyd a gwaith yn hanfodol i gynnal lles meddyliol da.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Gofalwch am eich iechyd corfforol<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>Mae iechyd corfforol ac iechyd meddwl yn gydgysylltiedig \u2013 ydych chi erioed wedi gweld eich bod chi&#039;n teimlo&#039;n well ar \u00f4l ymarfer corff da yn y gampfa neu fynd am dro braf yn y parc?<\/p>\n<p>Profwyd bod cymryd rhan mewn ymarfer corff yn lleihau&#039;r risg o iselder hyd at 30%.<\/p>\n<p>Anogir t\u00eem BCRS i fynd am dro amser cinio a hefyd cael lwfans datblygiad personol i bob aelod o&#039;r t\u00eem ei ddefnyddio.<\/p>\n<p>Gellir defnyddio hwn i gyflawni hobi neu ddysgu sgil newydd.
