Mae darparwr gofal o Dudley wedi sicrhau \u00a3100,000 i ehangu ei gymorth i oedolion ifanc ag anawsterau dysgu.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sicrhaodd Inclusion Independence gyllid gan fenthyciwr rhanbarthol BCRS Business Loans drwy\u2019r Cyfleuster Menter Buddsoddi Cymunedol (CIEF) ac fe\u2019i cefnogwyd gan y Cynllun Benthyciadau Tarfu Busnes Coronafeirws (CBILS) sydd bellach wedi cau.<\/p>\n

Gwelodd y darparwr gofal, sy\u2019n cynnig dull cyfannol o ofalu am oedolion ifanc, ostyngiad mewn trosiant yn ystod 2020 oherwydd costau ychwanegol sy\u2019n gysylltiedig \u00e2 phandemig Covid-19, megis PPE.<\/p>\n

Ond nawr, gyda chyllid wedi\u2019i sicrhau, mae Inclusion Independence yn bwriadu cefnogi tri phreswylydd ychwanegol eleni, a fydd hefyd yn gweld y cwmni\u2019n cyflogi ac yn uwchsgilio tri aelod o staff ychwanegol.<\/p>\n

Dywedodd y Cyfarwyddwr Ashley Pountney: \u201cRydym wrth ein bodd ein bod wedi sicrhau'r cyllid sydd ei angen i ehangu Inclusion Independence, na fyddai wedi bod yn bosibl heb gefnogaeth Benthyciadau Busnes BCRS.<\/p>\n

\u201cAr \u00f4l dilyn gyrfa saith mlynedd mewn gofal, roeddwn i\u2019n gallu gweld yr anhawster roedd rhieni a gweithwyr cymdeithasol yn ei wynebu wrth orfod dod o hyd i ddarparwyr gofal addas ar gyfer oedolion ifanc oedd wedi gorffen addysg llawn amser. Felly, yn 2017, penderfynais agor fy nghartref gofal byw i oedolion \u00e2 chymorth fy hun.<\/p>\n

\u201cBellach mae gennym ni dri safle ar draws Dudley sy\u2019n darparu gofal cyfannol, lle mae partneriaeth yn cael ei datblygu i sicrhau bod oedolion ifanc yn dylanwadu ar eu gofal, gydag annibyniaeth a chynhwysiant cymdeithasol yn cael eu hannog ym mhob agwedd ar fywyd.\u201d<\/p>\n

Dywedodd Lynn Wyke, uwch reolwr datblygu busnes yn BCRS a gefnogodd Ashley drwy gydol y broses ymgeisio am fenthyciad:<\/p>\n
