Gofynasom iddynt."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Mae\u2019n ymddangos bod pethau\u2019n edrych i fyny \u2013 o leiaf dyna mae canlyniadau\u2019r Baromedr Busnes Banc Lloyds diweddaraf yn ei ddangos, gyda hyder busnes yn dychwelyd i dwf ar gyfer Gorffennaf 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Cododd hyder ymhlith busnesau yng Ngorllewin Canolbarth Lloegr <a href=\"https:\/\/www.insidermedia.com\/news\/midlands\/midlands-business-confidence-returns-to-growth\">30%<\/a> \u2013 i fyny 27 pwynt o&#039;r <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lloydsbankinggroup.com\/media\/press-releases\/2021\/lloyds-bank\/business-confidence-inches-into-positive-territory--driven-by-ho.html\">3% <\/a>adroddwyd yn \u00f4l ym mis Chwefror 2021 \u2013 gyda 22% o fusnesau yn y rhanbarth yn disgwyl cynyddu lefelau staff dros y flwyddyn nesaf.<\/p>\n<p>Ond, wrth i\u2019r wlad ddechrau dychwelyd i \u2018normal\u2019, roeddem am ofyn i fusnesau bach a chanolig sut y maent yn teimlo am y dyfodol a pha heriau y maent yn eu hwynebu yn yr hinsawdd bresennol.<\/p>\n<p>Gofynasom y pedwar cwestiwn canlynol i fusnesau bach ar y gr\u0175p #SMESupportHour ar Twitter. Roedd eu hymatebion yn arwydd o&#039;r amseroedd rydyn ni ynddo; brwydro i oresgyn heriau unigryw ond teimlo&#039;n bositif am yr hyn sydd o&#039;n blaenau.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>A yw busnesau bach a chanolig yn obeithiol am ddyfodol eu busnes?<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>Dywedodd 66.7% o fusnesau eu bod yn optimistaidd am y dyfodol ac yn hyderus yn eu gallu i barhau i symud ymlaen. Fodd bynnag, mae ansicrwydd yn parhau oherwydd natur anrhagweladwy cloi arall sy&#039;n dod i&#039;r amlwg sydd wedi ysgogi nerfusrwydd - nid yn unig gan berchnogion busnesau bach a chanolig eu hunain ond gan fuddsoddwyr.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Pa heriau y mae busnesau bach a chanolig yn eu hwynebu yn yr hinsawdd bresennol?<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>Mae cynnydd sylweddol yn nifer y bobl sy\u2019n hunanynysu yn rhwystr mawr i dwf busnesau bach a chanolig. Wrth i ap Profi ac Olrhain y GIG ofyn i fwy o bobl hunan-ynysu, mae busnesau bach a chanolig yn gweld cynnydd mewn apwyntiadau sy\u2019n cael eu canslo, ac mae\u2019n rhaid i rai weithredu ar lai o gapasiti oherwydd prinder staff. Mae BBaChau eraill wedi gorfod rhoi\u2019r gorau i fasnachu gyda\u2019i gilydd oherwydd natur y busnes. Y gobaith yw y bydd addasiadau diweddar i ap Profi ac Olrhain y GIG yn lleihau nifer y bobl sy\u2019n hunanynysu ac felly\u2019n lleihau\u2019r baich ar fusnesau bach.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>A yw llacio cyfyngiadau wedi bod o fudd i BBaChau? <\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>Mae llacio cyfyngiadau wedi cael ei groesawu\u2019n arbennig gan y sector hamdden a lletygarwch, a gellir dadlau mai dyma\u2019r ergyd galetaf yn ystod y pandemig.<\/p>\n<p>Ond mae sectorau eraill hefyd yn teimlo\u2019r manteision, gan fod cael gwared ar reolau pellhau cymdeithasol yn golygu y gall llawer o fusnesau ddychwelyd i weithio hyd eithaf eu gallu.
