{"id":6329,"date":"2021-04-28T14:53:40","date_gmt":"2021-04-28T13:53:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bcrs.org.uk\/?p=6329"},"modified":"2021-04-28T14:53:40","modified_gmt":"2021-04-28T13:53:40","slug":"bcrs-appoints-new-chair","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bcrs.org.uk\/cy\/blog\/bcrs-appoints-new-chair\/","title":{"rendered":"BCRS yn Penodi Cadeirydd Newydd"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Mae Benthyciadau Busnes BCRS wedi penodi cyn-gadeirydd y Gymdeithas Cyllid Cymheiriaid fel ei chadeirydd newydd.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cyhoeddodd y benthyciwr busnes amgen o Orllewin Canolbarth Lloegr fod Paul Smee wedi cymryd yr awenau oddi wrth Rob Hill fel cadeirydd ei fwrdd deg.<\/p>\n<p>Mae Smee yn ymuno \u00e2 benthyciwr di-elw BCRS gyda dros 20 mlynedd o brofiad yn arwain cymdeithasau masnach Prydain yn ogystal \u00e2 bod yn gadeirydd y Gymdeithas Cyllid Cymheiriaid.<\/p>\n<p>Ers mis Medi 2020 mae Smee wedi bod yn aelod o Gomisiwn Gwasanaethau Ariannol Gibraltar ac, ymhlith rolau eraill, roedd yn flaenorol yn brif weithredwr UK Payments a Chyngor Benthycwyr Morgeisi. Mae hefyd yn ymwneud yn helaeth \u00e2 rheoleiddio tai cymdeithasol, fel dirprwy gadeirydd y Gymdeithas <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/government\/organisations\/regulator-of-social-housing\">Rheoleiddiwr Tai Cymdeithasol.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Wrth s\u00f4n am ei benodiad, dywedodd Paul Smee: \u201cRwy\u2019n falch iawn o gael ymuno \u00e2 BCRS Business Loans fel cadeirydd ac yn mwynhau\u2019r cyfle i fod yn rhan o sefydliad sy\u2019n tyfu\u2019n gyflym ac sy\u2019n parhau i wneud cymaint i gefnogi twf a goroesiad busnesau na allant wneud hynny. cael mynediad at gyllid gan fenthycwyr traddodiadol.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRwyf wedi gwylio cynnydd BCRS gyda diddordeb yn y blynyddoedd diwethaf, yn enwedig yn ystod 2020 pan weithiodd yn ddiflino i gefnogi busnesau yng Ngorllewin Canolbarth Lloegr a oedd yn ei chael hi\u2019n anodd o ganlyniad i\u2019r pandemig coronafeirws.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRwy\u2019n edrych ymlaen yn fawr at gwrdd \u00e2\u2019r t\u00eem cyfan yn bersonol pan fydd rheolau coronafeirws yn caniat\u00e1u a dod i adnabod fy nghyd-aelodau ar y bwrdd.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ychwanegodd prif weithredwr Benthyciadau Busnes BCRS, Stephen Deakin: \u201cRwyf mor falch o rannu\u2019r newyddion y bydd Paul Smee yn ymuno \u00e2\u2019n bwrdd fel cadeirydd.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMae Paul yn dod ag ehangder o wybodaeth o bob rhan o\u2019r sector gwasanaethau ariannol ac mae\u2019n uchel ei barch am ei feddwl strategol a\u2019i feddylfryd rheoleiddio. Rwy&#039;n gwybod y bydd ei safle a&#039;i brofiad yn amhrisiadwy i BCRS.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cYn BCRS, rydyn ni\u2019n credu mewn galluogi BBaChau hyfyw i gyflawni eu dyheadau sydd, yn awr yn fwy nag erioed o\u2019r blaen, yn hanfodol i gefnogi ffyniant y cymunedau rydyn ni\u2019n eu gwasanaethu.
