Fel yr wyf wedi\u2019i ddweud o\u2019r blaen, mae eleni wedi bod ymhell o fod yr hyn yr ydym yn ei ystyried yn \u2018normal\u2019 ac i lawer o fusnesau mae wedi bod yn heriol iawn.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2026Fel y byddech chi i gyd wedi dyfalu erbyn hyn, rydyn ni i gyd yn dal i weithio o gartref gan gadw at ganllawiau'r Llywodraeth. Gweler ein llun t\u00eem hyfryd 'gweithio o gartref' uchod. <\/span><\/p>\n

Fel t\u00eem rydym wedi arfer bod gyda'n gilydd yn y swyddfa felly roedd gwneud gwaith cyfathrebu rhithwir yn flaenoriaeth. Mae'n bwysig cadw mewn cysylltiad \u00e2'ch gilydd a sgwrsio am bethau heblaw gwaith er mwyn cynnal mor\u00e2l. Mae gennym gyfarfodydd t\u00eem rhithwir trwy gydol yr wythnos i siarad am ein diwrnod a rhannu unrhyw newyddion gyda'n gilydd.<\/span><\/p>\n

Cyflwynwyd nifer o brosesau cadarn gennym fel y gall ein holl adrannau gyd-redeg yn ddi-dor gyda\u2019r effaith leiaf bosibl\/os o gwbl ar ein cwsmeriaid, cyflwynwyr a chysylltiadau proffesiynol, a chyflwynwyd hefyd y defnydd o gyfarfodydd rhithwir a phroses ar gyfer cofrestru o bell. Fel benthyciwr ar sail perthynas roedd yn rhaid i ni feddwl yn ofalus iawn am hyn pan ddaeth cadw pellter cymdeithasol i rym. Creu perthnasoedd digidol parhaol gyda'n cleientiaid i wneud y gorau o sefyllfa ansicr.<\/span><\/p>\n

Gyda'n cyflwynwyr mewn golwg, mae ffordd newydd o rwydweithio yn rhywbeth yr ydym yn parhau i'w ddatblygu fel y gallwn barhau i feithrin perthnasoedd heb gyswllt corfforol. Mae meithrin y perthnasoedd hyn yn bwysig er mwyn i BCRS allu cefnogi cymaint o BBaChau Gorllewin Canolbarth Lloegr \u00e2 phosibl.<\/span><\/p>\n

Yn gynharach yn y flwyddyn, pan oedd y pandemig mewn grym llawn, roeddem am wneud hynny ymestyn ein cefnogaeth i elusennau lleol<\/a>, y mae eu gwasanaethau wedi bod mor hanfodol yn ystod y cyfnod hwn. Rydym wedi cyfrannu \u00a34000 ar draws wyth elusen mewn ymateb i'w hap\u00eal covid-19 ac wedi cynnal tri cwis elusennol rhithwir gan godi dros \u00a31800 i elusennau lleol.<\/p>\n

Ac yn y bwrlwm y cyfan sydd gennym <\/span>rhagori ar ein benthyciadau y flwyddyn flaenorol<\/span><\/a><\/span> ffigwr,<\/span><\/span> ychydig dros saith mis, i mewn i'r flwyddyn ariannol ar \u00f4l darparu \u00a310 miliwn i BBaChau yng Ngorllewin Canolbarth Lloegr a'r cyffiniau <\/span><\/p>\n

Dyna ddigon amdanom ni, nawr hoffem i chi fyfyrio ar eich cyflawniadau a'ch profiadau cadarnhaol yn 2020. <\/span><\/strong><\/h6>\n

Efallai eich bod wedi defnyddio cloi\/ffyrlo fel cyfle i astudio ychydig yn galetach, gwella'ch iechyd a'ch ffitrwydd neu achub ar y siawns y bydd eich cartref yn treulio amser gwerthfawr gyda'ch gilydd? <\/span><\/p>\n

Rydyn ni i gyd yn cael ein dal mewn amserlenni gwaith prysur, rydw i wedi colli cyfrif o faint o alwadau fideo rydw i wedi bod ynddynt dros yr wyth mis diwethafOnd unwaith y bydd y diwrnod drosodd rydych chi'n gwybod eich bod chi'n mynd i fod yn treulio amser gyda'ch teulu oherwydd wel, doedd dim byd arall i'w wneud. <\/span><\/p>\n

Sawl un ohonoch sydd bellach yn gweithredu ar-lein, yn gweithio gartref i bob pwrpas, yn cynnig cynnyrch newydd, ac yn dod o hyd i ffyrdd newydd ac arloesol o gadw'ch busnes i fynd na wnaethoch chi erioed feddwl am eu gwneud am o leiaf ychydig flynyddoedd eto os o gwbl. <\/span><\/p>\n

Gwn am lawer o fusnesau lletygarwch sydd bellach yn cynnig 'pub grub' tecaw\u00ea. Siopau bach yn manteisio ar b\u0175er cyfryngau cymdeithasol i werthu eu cynnyrch. Mae\u2019r Cynllun Benthyciadau Tarfu ar Fusnes yn sgil Coronafeirws yn cael ei ddarparu gan Fanc Busnes Prydain drwy fenthycwyr achrededig fel Benthyciadau Busnes BCRS i gefnogi\u2019r gwaith parhaus o ddarparu cyllid i fusnesau llai (BBaCh) yn ystod yr achosion o Covid-19.<\/span><\/p>\n

Rydym yn cefnogi busnesau yng Ngorllewin Canolbarth Lloegr nad ydynt yn gallu cael gafael ar gyllid gan fenthycwyr traddodiadol, drwy gynnig benthyciadau o \u00a310,000 i \u00a3150,000 gyda thymhorau hyd at chwe blynedd. O dan CBILS, bydd llog a ffioedd a godir gan fenthycwyr yn cael eu talu gan y Llywodraeth am y 12 mis cyntaf.<\/span><\/p>\n
