Yn meddwl tybed pam y dylech chi siopa&#039;n lleol? Dyma ychydig o resymau yn unig y mae BBaChau yn bwysig i gymunedau lleol a allai eich argyhoeddi\u2026<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Ystadegau Economi Busnesau Bach o <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fsb.org.uk\/uk-small-business-statistics.html#:~:text=At%20the%20start%20of%202020%20there%20were%205.94%20million%20small,in%20the%20UK%20private%20sector.\"><strong>FSB<\/strong><\/a><\/h6>\n<ul>\n<li>&#039;Ar ddechrau 2020 roedd 5.5 miliwn o fusnesau bach (gyda 0 i 49 o weithwyr), sef 99.2% o gyfanswm y busnes. Mae busnesau bach a chanolig yn cyfrif am 99.9% o&#039;r boblogaeth fusnes (5.5 miliwn o fusnesau).<\/li>\n<li>&#039;Mae busnesau bach a chanolig yn cyfrif am dair rhan o bump o&#039;r gyflogaeth a thua hanner y trosiant yn sector preifat y DU.<\/li>\n<li>&#039;Cyfanswm cyflogaeth mewn BBaChau oedd 16.3 miliwn (61% o&#039;r cyfanswm), tra amcangyfrifwyd bod trosiant yn \u00a32.3 triliwn (52%).<\/li>\n<li>&#039;Roedd cyflogaeth mewn busnesau bach (gyda 0 i 49 o weithwyr) yn 12.9 miliwn (48% o&#039;r cyfanswm), gyda throsiant o \u00a31.6 triliwn (36%).&#039;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h6><strong>Yn meithrin cymeriad a hunaniaeth gymunedol <\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>Mae&#039;n ddiogel dweud mai&#039;r busnesau bach sy&#039;n helpu i feithrin a thyfu hunaniaeth cymuned.<\/p>\n<p>Nid prif stryd siopa sydd wedi&#039;i gwneud yn gyfan gwbl o fanwerthwyr mawr adnabyddus yw&#039;r un mwyaf ysbrydoledig. Mae presenoldeb unigrywiaeth a swyn busnesau bach, boed yn fwyty teuluol neu&#039;n adwerthwr ecogyfeillgar yn creu cymuned sy&#039;n fwy deniadol yn weledol.<\/p>\n<p>Mae&#039;r ddelwedd hon yn helpu i roi cymeriad i&#039;r gymuned ac mae ganddi&#039;r potensial i ddod \u00e2 phobl o&#039;r tu allan i mewn. Mae hyn yn ffordd o roi eich cymuned ar y map a denu ymwelwyr. Mae&#039;n debygol bod gan gynhyrchion \u00f4l troed carbon llai eu hunain gan eu bod yn aml yn dod o ffynonellau lleol sy&#039;n golygu eu bod yn teithio llai o filltiroedd o gymharu \u00e2 dewisiadau tramor gan gwmn\u00efau mwy.<\/p>\n<p>Mae lleoliad busnesau bach a chanolig yn bwysig. Maent yn aml o fewn pellter cerdded neu feicio i drigolion lleol. Mae hyn yn annog gostyngiad yn y defnydd o geir. Mae ardaloedd mewn rhai dinasoedd wedi&#039;u cynllunio&#039;n bwrpasol ar gyfer cerdded ac mae siopa awyr agored yn helpu i leihau allyriadau o gerbydau. Mae tagfeydd traffig yn lleihau, gan wneud y strydoedd yn fwy diogel a gwell profiad i&#039;r rhai sy&#039;n gyrru yn y gymuned.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Mae&#039;r arian yn aros yn lleol <\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>Mae busnesau bach yn tueddu i ffafrio busnesau bach eraill.<\/p>\n<p>Fel perchennog busnes bach, rydych chi&#039;n gwybod pa mor bwysig yw hi i gefnogi busnesau bach eraill yn eich cymuned. Yna bydd yr arian sy&#039;n cael ei wario o fewn y gymuned yn cylchredeg ledled y gymuned.<\/p>\n<p>Mae hyn wedyn yn creu cylch o arian sy&#039;n cael ei wario&#039;n barhaus ar draws y gymuned leol. Mae hyn yn helpu i gynyddu iechyd economaidd y gymuned ac yn helpu i gynnal llif arian lleol ffafriol.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Yn annog cyfranogiad cymunedol<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>O gymharu \u00e2 manwerthwyr mawr, mae busnesau bach yn fwy tebygol fyth o gymryd rhan yn eu cymunedau lleol. Yn ogystal \u00e2 dewis cefnogi lleol eu hunain, mae&#039;r busnesau bach hyn yn aml yn ymwneud \u00e2 gweithgareddau fel: gwaith gwirfoddol, rhoddion elusennol, digwyddiadau cymunedol a nawdd.<\/p>\n<p>Cofiwch, mae perchnogion busnesau bach fel arfer yn byw yn y gymuned y maent yn gweithio ynddi. Gyda hyn yn aml daw mwy o awydd i helpu\u2019r gymuned a\u2019i hannog i dyfu a datblygu hyd eithaf ei gallu.<\/p>\n<p>Felly, beth ydych chi&#039;n aros amdano?
