Mae hyn yn fwy nag y byddai&#039;r rhan fwyaf o bobl yn ei feddwl, ond mae pob swydd leol sy&#039;n cael ei chreu yn golygu bod mwy o bobl yn gallu byw a gweithio yn eu cymuned leol.
