Felly rydyn ni i gyd yn rhy ymwybodol o rai o anfanteision bod yn BBaCh ond rydyn ni&#039;n meddwl bod angen ac y dylem ni weiddi am rai o&#039;r manteision gwych!<\/p>\n<p>Yn gyntaf oll, mae busnesau bach a chanolig yn cyfrif am 99.9% o\u2019r holl fusnesau yn y DU. Mae 96% ohonynt yn ficrofusnesau, yn cyflogi dim mwy na 10 o bobl, gan adael dim ond 0.1% ar gyfer sefydliadau mawr. Mae pwysigrwydd cymharol busnesau bach yn cynyddu gyda&#039;r busnesau hyn yn cyfrif am 16.3miliwn; 60% o gyfanswm swyddi&#039;r sector preifat. O hyn, mae\u2019n amlwg i weld bod busnesau bach o bwys sylweddol ar gyfer dyfodol y DU a\u2019i heconomi.<\/p>\n<p>Afraid dweud y gall bod yn BBaCh fod yn ddyddiau anodd a hir, bod galw mawr a chyfrifoldebau niferus yn gallu bod yn heriol, ond dyna pam y gwnaethoch adeiladu eich busnes yn y lle cyntaf yn iawn? Rydych chi&#039;n hoffi&#039;r her! \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Wrth gwrs, mae rhai manteision mawr i fod yn BBaCh a all fod yn llawer mwy na&#039;r pethau negyddol. Nid y manteision rwyf ar fin ymchwilio iddynt yw&#039;r rhai mwyaf amlwg ond gallant roi mantais gystadleuol wirioneddol i chi yn erbyn chwaraewyr mwy yn eich diwydiant.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Hyblygrwydd <\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Fel BBaCh mae gennych chi d\u00eem llai. Mae hyn yn eich galluogi i ymateb i newidiadau yn y farchnad yn gyflym. Mae llai o rwystrau yn eich ffordd. Gallwch chi fanteisio&#039;n gyflym ar ddigwyddiadau cyfredol, tueddiadau a thechnolegau newydd trwy newid eich offrymau a marchnata o amgylch pynciau llosg tra eu bod yn dal yn boeth. Gallwch chi fodloni disgwyliadau presennol y farchnad sy&#039;n newid yn gyflym yn fwy effeithlon a gwella&#039;ch llinell waelod yn y broses.<\/p>\n<p>Mae mwy o le hefyd i gynnig amserlenni gwaith mwy hyblyg, amseroedd egwyl a hyd yn oed opsiynau gweithio o gartref mwy hyblyg i&#039;ch staff. Mae gennych hefyd fwy o hyblygrwydd o ran llogi (a thanio!) na sefydliad mwy. Bydd eich busnes yn gallu addasu&#039;n gyflym i amgylcheddau gwaith newidiol a llogi&#039;r bobl iawn ar gyfer y swydd.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Rydych chi&#039;n Unigryw<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Rydych chi&#039;n sefyll allan o&#039;r dorf. Bydd cynnig rhywbeth unigol i&#039;r farchnad bresennol yn rhoi mantais gystadleuol fawr i chi. Mae pobl yn chwennych nwyddau newydd sbon neu adfywiad o hen ffefryn a dyna beth fyddwch chi wedi&#039;i wneud i gyrraedd lle rydych chi heddiw.
