{"id":5402,"date":"2020-04-02T17:00:25","date_gmt":"2020-04-02T16:00:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bcrs.org.uk\/?p=5402"},"modified":"2020-04-06T13:43:22","modified_gmt":"2020-04-06T12:43:22","slug":"bcrs-appoints-new-chief-executive","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bcrs.org.uk\/cy\/blog\/bcrs-appoints-new-chief-executive\/","title":{"rendered":"BCRS yn Penodi Prif Weithredwr Newydd"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Mae BCRS Business Loans wedi penodi prif weithredwr newydd wrth iddo gyhoeddi blwyddyn arall o fenthyca nag erioed.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mae&#039;r benthyciwr busnes amgen wedi cyhoeddi y bydd Stephen Deakin yn camu i fyny i r\u00f4l y prif weithredwr, gan gymryd yr awenau oddi wrth yr aelod sefydlu <a href=\"https:\/\/bcrs.org.uk\/cy\/founding-chief-executive-officer-retires\/\">Paul Kalinauckas a ymddeolodd<\/a> ddiwedd mis Mawrth.<\/p>\n<p>Mae Stephen wedi bod yn gyfarwyddwr cyllid ac yn aelod o uwch d\u00eem arwain y benthyciwr dielw am y chwe blynedd diwethaf ac mae ganddo gefndir mewn cyfrifeg.<\/p>\n<p>Yn ystod ei gyfnod fel FD, mae Stephen wedi gweld cynnydd o 122 y cant mewn benthyca yn BCRS ers 2014 ac mae wedi bod yn allweddol wrth sicrhau dros \u00a340 miliwn o gyllid i ehangu ei gymorth i fusnesau ledled Gorllewin Canolbarth Lloegr nad ydynt yn gallu cael gafael ar gyllid gan fenthycwyr traddodiadol. .<\/p>\n<p><strong>Wrth drafod ei benodiad yn brif weithredwr, dywedodd Stephen Deakin: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cRwyf wrth fy modd i gael fy nghyhoeddi fel prif weithredwr sefydliad yr wyf yn wirioneddol angerddol amdano ac yn ystyried fy hun yn ffodus i fod yn gweithio ochr yn ochr \u00e2 th\u00eem mor wych yn BCRS.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRydym yn dechrau\u2019r flwyddyn ariannol newydd wedi\u2019i atgyfnerthu gan y cyfnod benthyca mwyaf erioed a\u2019n gwelsom yn darparu dros \u00a39 miliwn i fusnesau yng Ngorllewin Canolbarth Lloegr. Ond rydym hefyd yn ymwybodol o&#039;r amgylchedd heriol yr ydym yn cael ein hunain ynddo ar hyn o bryd oherwydd y pandemig coronafeirws.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cFel arfer, rydym yn parhau i fod yn ymrwymedig i\u2019n cenhadaeth i adael unrhyw fusnes hyfyw heb ei gefnogi, a dyna pam rydym yn gweithio\u2019n ddiflino i lansio\u2019r Cynllun Benthyciadau Tarfu Busnes Coronafeirws (CBILS) fel benthyciwr achrededig drwy\u2019r <a href=\"http:\/\/british-business-bank.co.uk\">Banc Busnes Prydain<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRwy\u2019n mwynhau\u2019r cyfle i arwain twf parhaus BCRS gydag agwedd gyfeillgar, ddeallus a hyblyg at ddarparu cyllid i fusnesau bach, sy\u2019n hanfodol bwysig i ffyniant ein heconomi.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dywedodd Rob Hill, Cadeirydd Bwrdd Benthyciadau Busnes BCRS: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cMae\u2019r Bwrdd yn falch iawn o gadarnhau bod Stephen yn camu i fyny i r\u00f4l y prif weithredwr.
