{"id":4776,"date":"2020-01-08T11:45:30","date_gmt":"2020-01-08T11:45:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bcrs.org.uk\/?p=4776"},"modified":"2020-01-06T14:37:58","modified_gmt":"2020-01-06T14:37:58","slug":"be-more-mindful-at-work","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bcrs.org.uk\/cy\/blog\/be-more-mindful-at-work\/","title":{"rendered":"Byddwch yn fwy ystyriol yn y gwaith"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Blwyddyn newydd dda a chroeso n\u00f4l i flog BCRS!<\/p>\n<p>Gobeithio eich bod chi i gyd wedi cael gwyliau Nadolig haeddiannol a&#039;ch bod yn \u00f4l i&#039;r gwaith yn barod ac yn magu i fynd am flwyddyn arall o fusnes gwych.<br \/>\nRwy&#039;n dyfalu eich bod wedi dod yn \u00f4l i fewnflwch yn llawn e-byst a rhestr hir braf o gysylltiadau y mae angen ichi ymateb iddynt cyn gynted \u00e2 phosibl heb s\u00f4n am gyrraedd eich gwaith eich hun sy&#039;n gwneud i&#039;ch busnes redeg fel gwaith cloc.<\/p>\n<p>Dyma fy nhri awgrym gorau ar sut i fod yn fwy ystyriol yn y gwaith i&#039;ch galluogi i reoli&#039;ch amser a&#039;ch tasgau yn effeithiol.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Tasg sengl nid aml-dasg<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>Rydym i gyd yn euog o geisio amldasg pan mewn gwirionedd mae bron yn amhosibl gwneud tasg yn iawn wrth geisio gwneud rhywbeth arall. Mae eich ymennydd yn newid yn wyllt o un dasg i&#039;r llall ac yn debygol o golli data yn y broses.<\/p>\n<p>Er enghraifft: pe bawn i&#039;n ysgrifennu post cyfryngau cymdeithasol ar yr un pryd ag ysgrifennu&#039;r blogbost hwn byddai&#039;n cymryd 10 gwaith yn hirach i wneud pob tasg ac ni fyddai&#039;r naill na&#039;r llall o ansawdd uchel.<\/p>\n<p>Y neges yma yw cwblhau un dasg cyn symud ymlaen i&#039;r nesaf. Fe welwch lai o straen a mwy o gynhyrchiant ac ansawdd yn y gwaith rydych chi&#039;n ei wneud.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Defnyddiwch nodiadau atgoffa<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>Gall gweithgareddau yn y gwaith a&#039;r cartref ddod yn ailadroddus a gallwch yn y pen draw yn y &#039;modd diofyn&#039; sy&#039;n arwain at beidio \u00e2 bod yn gwbl bresennol yn y dasg rydych chi&#039;n ei chyflawni. Dywedir y gall 47% o ddiwrnod person gael ei gymryd gan feddyliau\/breuddwydio dydd a gall hyn gael effaith negyddol ar les. Mae peidio \u00e2 bod yn gwbl bresennol yn golygu nad ydych yn ddigon effro i gydnabod y cyfleoedd a&#039;r dewisiadau sydd o&#039;ch cwmpas neu i gyflawni&#039;ch tasgau hyd eithaf eich gallu.<\/p>\n<p>Gosodwch nodyn atgoffa ar eich ff\u00f4n neu gyfrifiadur i ledaenu&#039;ch tasgau ac aros yn ymwybodol o&#039;ch amgylchoedd. Bydd hyn yn eich tiwnio yn \u00f4l i&#039;r foment bresennol ac yn eich annog i drefnu eich tasgau yn unol \u00e2 hynny.<\/p>\n<h6><strong>Arafwch<\/strong><\/h6>\n<p>Efallai eich bod yn meddwl bod gwneud pethau&#039;n gyflym yn beth da. Os ydyn nhw o ansawdd da, yna gwych daliwch ati!<\/p>\n<p>Fodd bynnag, bwrw eich meddwl yn \u00f4l i pan oeddech yn fyfyriwr yn gwneud eich arholiadau.
