Yn gryno, mae Cyfrifoldeb Cymdeithasol Corfforaethol yn fecanwaith i fusnesau asesu\u2019r effaith y maent yn ei chael ar bob agwedd ar gymdeithas megis economaidd, cymdeithasol ac amgylcheddol. Nid yw hyn yn ofyniad cyfreithiol i fusnesau ymarfer ond mae&#039;n ddymunol.<\/p>\n<p>Dyma ychydig o resymau pam\u2026<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Gadewch i ni ddechrau gyda rhai ystadegau: <\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Mae 78% o bobl eisiau i gwmn\u00efau fynd i&#039;r afael \u00e2 materion cymdeithasol a dywedodd 87% y byddent yn fwy parod i brynu cynnyrch neu wasanaeth pe bai CSR yn cael ei weithredu. Mae&#039;n ymddangos fel dau reswm eithaf amlwg pam mae CSR mor bwysig i fusnes, yn ei hanfod mae&#039;n arwain at eu llwyddiant.<\/p>\n<p>Fodd bynnag, mae gennyf ychydig mwy o resymau drosoch dim ond i wneud yn si\u0175r eich bod yn cefnogi.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Gwell delwedd gyhoeddus<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Does dim angen dweud ar \u00f4l darllen y wybodaeth uchod y bydd eich delwedd gyhoeddus yn cael ei gwella&#039;n sylweddol os byddwch chi&#039;n cael effaith gadarnhaol yn yr amgylchedd o&#039;ch cwmpas. Nid oes angen i chi fuddsoddi llawer iawn o amser nac ymdrech i roi CSR ar waith, bydd pethau mor syml \u00e2 rhoi i fanciau bwyd dros y Nadolig neu gefnogi elusen leol yn ddigon i&#039;ch cael chi i mewn i lyfrau da eich cwsmeriaid.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Mwy o ymgysylltiad gan gwsmeriaid a gweithwyr<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Gwaeddwch am eich prosiectau CSR ar gyfryngau cymdeithasol. Mae pobl wrth eu bodd yn clywed eich straeon newyddion da, cwsmeriaid a gweithwyr fel ei gilydd. Rydych chi&#039;n debygol o weld cynnydd mewn ymgysylltiad \u00e2&#039;ch ymdrechion marchnata cyfryngau cymdeithasol oherwydd bod pobl yn cymeradwyo&#039;r effaith gadarnhaol rydych chi&#039;n ei chael. Bydd cynnwys eich gweithwyr mewn lluniau o&#039;u cyfraniad i&#039;ch ymdrechion CSR yn hybu mor\u00e2l a phositifrwydd yn y gweithle.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Mwy o ymwybyddiaeth a chydnabyddiaeth brand <\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Ar lafar yw eich ffrind gorau! Bydd pobl yn dechrau siarad a rhannu eich newyddion gwych gyda ffrindiau a theulu. Mae hyn yn cynyddu ymwybyddiaeth eich brand a gall o bosibl greu arweiniad cynnes i&#039;ch gwefan gan arwain at fwy o siawns o werthu.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Arbedion cost <\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Os ydych yn gwmni cynhyrchu, bydd lleihau deunydd pacio neu newid i becynnu mwy cynaliadwy yn lleihau eich costau cynhyrchu.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>Mantais cystadleuol <\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Bydd cofleidio CSR yn eich helpu i sefyll allan oddi wrth gystadleuwyr yn eich diwydiant.
