Mae&#039;r cwmni wedi defnyddio&#039;r cyllid i adnewyddu ei ffatri, datblygu ei alluoedd dylunio a chreu tair swydd newydd.<\/p>\n<p>O ganlyniad i&#039;w welliannau busnes, mae RJW Metalworks wedi&#039;i ardystio gan y Cynllun Ardystio Adeiladu Dur (SCCS). Mae hwn yn gam arwyddocaol i&#039;r cwmni wrth iddo wirio bod ei ddur strwythurol sy&#039;n cynnal llwyth yn bodloni safonau ansawdd Prydeinig ac Ewropeaidd, gan agor cyfleoedd newydd ar gyfer twf.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dywedodd Richard Edwards, Cyfarwyddwr yn RJW Metalworks:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cRydym wrth ein bodd bod ansawdd ein cynnyrch, fel lloriau dur, canllawiau a systemau lloriau mesan\u00een wedi\u2019u cydnabod gan safon ansawdd cenedlaethol a rhyngwladol.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMae\u2019r cyllid wedi ein galluogi i adnewyddu ein ffatri, buddsoddi mewn datblygu ein galluoedd dylunio, cyflogi tri aelod o staff ychwanegol \u2013 gan gynnwys prentis \u2013 a thalu costau ymlaen llaw fel peiriannau a deunyddiau.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cRydym wedi ymrwymo i ddarparu atebion craff a chreu perthnasau hirhoedlog gyda chwsmeriaid a chyflenwyr.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCafodd RJW Metalworks ei sefydlu ym mis Mawrth 2019 gennyf i a\u2019m cyd-gyfarwyddwr Wayne Everiss, ond mae gan ein t\u00eem dros 100 mlynedd o brofiad cyfunol mewn peirianneg a saern\u00efo.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dywedodd Lynn Wyke, Uwch Reolwr Datblygu Busnes yn BCRS Business Loans: <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cMae BCRS Business Loans yn falch iawn o fod wedi gallu cefnogi twf RJW Metalworks.
