{"id":227,"date":"2010-03-14T13:43:28","date_gmt":"2010-03-14T13:43:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/bcrs.org.uk\/?p=227"},"modified":"2018-09-10T14:02:38","modified_gmt":"2018-09-10T13:02:38","slug":"bcrs-board-growth","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bcrs.org.uk\/cy\/blog\/bcrs-board-growth\/","title":{"rendered":"Twf Bwrdd BCRS"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Mae cwmni benthyciadau o Wolverhampton wedi cynyddu cryfder ei fwrdd trwy wneud dau benodiad allweddol newydd. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Mae Cymdeithas Ailfuddsoddi Black Country (BCRS) wedi cyfethol yr Athro Ian Oakes, Dirprwy Is-Ganghellor Ymchwil a Menter, Prifysgol Wolverhampton ac Adrian Wilkinson, Fferyllydd Arolygol yn The Midcounties Co-operative ar y Bwrdd.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Mae&#039;r Athro Ian Oakes yn gyfrifol am hyrwyddo agenda ymchwil y Brifysgol a datblygu&#039;r arena trosglwyddo gwybodaeth gynyddol ar lefelau rhanbarthol, cenedlaethol a rhyngwladol.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Dros y 10 mlynedd diwethaf, mae\u2019r Athro Oakes wedi dal nifer o uwch swyddi rheoli mewn addysg uwch cyn ymuno \u00e2 Phrifysgol Wolverhampton yn 2008. Mae wedi bod yn ymwneud \u00e2 rhaglen o weithgareddau trosglwyddo technoleg cenedlaethol a thrawswladol sy\u2019n gweithredu ar draws ystod o sectorau ac mae wedi arwain datblygiad nifer o fentrau yn canolbwyntio&#039;n benodol ar drosglwyddo technoleg o&#039;r byd academaidd i fusnesau.<\/p>\n<p>Dywedodd yr Athro Ian Oakes: \u201cRwy\u2019n falch iawn o gael ymuno \u00e2 bwrdd Cymdeithas Ailfuddsoddi Black Country. Mae gan Brifysgol Wolverhampton r\u00f4l bwysig a strategol o ran ysgogi datblygiad economaidd a menter ar draws y Sir Ddu a rhanbarth Gorllewin Canolbarth Lloegr.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMae\u2019n hanfodol harneisio sgiliau a thalentau ein graddedigion entrepreneuraidd drwy eu helpu i aros yn y rhanbarth a gyda chymorth cyfleusterau deori\u2019r Brifysgol i greu cyfleoedd busnes newydd. Credaf fod cadw a thyfu sgiliau yn hollbwysig i oroesiad a thwf y Wlad Ddu a Chanolbarth Lloegr yn ehangach. Er mwyn i hyn ddigwydd mae angen i\u2019n graddedigion allu cael mynediad at gyllid, a gallai cyllid BCRS fod yn amhrisiadwy iddyn nhw.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Daeth Adrian Wilkinson, fferyllydd arolygol, yn rheolwr datblygu fferylliaeth gyda West Midlands Co-op Chemists, sydd bellach yn Midcounties Co-op, wyth mlynedd yn \u00f4l.
