Ym mis Mehefin, neidiodd pum aelod o&#039;r t\u00eem ar draws M\u00f4r Iwerddon i fynychu Cynhadledd Flynyddol y Rhwydwaith Microgyllid Ewropeaidd (EMN) yn Nulyn, lle&#039;r oedd y benthyciwr BBaCh yn cynnal gweithdy ar &#039;Barodrwydd ar gyfer Buddsoddiadau.&#039;<\/p>\n<p>Dim ond yn gynharach eleni y cymerodd BCRS y cam i ddod yn aelod o&#039;r Rhwydwaith Microgyllid Ewropeaidd, ond ers hynny mae&#039;r sefydliad wedi mynychu nifer o weithdai a digwyddiadau a drefnwyd gan EMN ar wah\u00e2n i&#039;r Gynhadledd Flynyddol. Aeth Paul Kalinauckas, Prif Weithredwr BCRS, i Frwsel ym mis Mawrth i gwrdd \u00e2 chyd-aelodau, tra gwnaeth Jacqui Williams, Gweinyddwr Ariannol, yr un daith ym mis Mai \u2013 ond y tro hwn i fynychu gweithdy &#039;Gwarant EaSI newydd&#039;.<\/p>\n<p>Lansiwyd y Rhwydwaith Microgyllid Ewropeaidd (EMN) yn 2003 gan aelodau sefydlu o\u2019r DU, Ffrainc a\u2019r Almaen. Sefydlwyd y sefydliad dielw er mwyn cefnogi microfentrau a hunangyflogaeth ar draws Ewrop, drwy ymgynghori ag aelodau a lob\u00efo i godi ymwybyddiaeth o faterion sy\u2019n rhwystro marchnad ficrogyllid gadarn \u2013 yn benodol drwy adeiladu fframweithiau deddfwriaethol a rheoleiddiol Ewropeaidd cryf.<\/p>\n<p>Yn y b\u00f4n, mae&#039;r EMN yn hyrwyddo microgyllid yn yr Undeb Ewropeaidd i gynorthwyo yn y frwydr yn erbyn allg\u00e1u cymdeithasol ac ariannol y rhai sy&#039;n rhedeg, yn gweithredu ac yn gweithio yn y sector busnesau bach a chanolig.<\/p>\n<p>Nod y Gynhadledd Flynyddol oedd darparu llwyfan rhannu gwybodaeth a syniadau manwl a rhyngweithiol i aelodau a rhanddeiliaid. Cynhaliwyd sesiynau llawn, cyflwyniadau, gweithdai a chyfarfodydd trwy gydol y gynhadledd dridiau.<\/p>\n<p>Roedd BCRS yn falch o gynnal gweithdy o&#039;r enw &#039;A yw Eich Buddsoddiad MFI yn Barod?&#039; ar ail ddiwrnod y gynhadledd, a ddenodd gynulleidfa sylweddol. Cynhaliwyd y gweithdy hwn ar y cyd \u00e2&#039;n partneriaid o Unity Trust Bank a&#039;r CDFA.<\/p>\n<p>Arweiniodd Stephen Deakin, Rheolydd Ariannol ac Ysgrifennydd Cwmni yn BCRS Business Loans, y sesiwn a oedd yn anelu&#039;n benodol at roi syniad i gydweithwyr Ewropeaidd o&#039;r broses yr aeth Benthyciadau Busnes BCRS drwyddi er mwyn bod yn barod ar gyfer buddsoddiad; ynghyd \u00e2&#039;r hyn a ddysgwyd a&#039;r hyn a enillwyd o&#039;r broses. Ymhelaethodd Stephen hefyd ar y manteision a&#039;r anfanteision sy&#039;n gysylltiedig \u00e2 benthyca banc i gefnogi gweithgaredd benthyca BCRS.<\/p>\n<p>Pan ofynnwyd iddo am Gynhadledd Flynyddol EMN, dywedodd Paul Kalinauckas, Prif Weithredwr BCRS, &#039;Roeddem yn falch o ddangos ein cefnogaeth i&#039;r EMN trwy fynychu eu Cynhadledd Flynyddol. Roedd cynnal gweithdy yn ffordd wych o ddod \u00e2 BCRS i flaen y gad ac i roi cyngor i SCDCau Ewropeaidd eraill i&#039;w helpu yn eu hymgais i fod yn barod ar gyfer buddsoddiad - roeddem yn teimlo bod gennym lawer o wybodaeth ddefnyddiol i&#039;w rhannu \u00e2 nhw.&#039;<\/p>\n<p>&#039;Profodd y digwyddiad hwn hefyd i fod yn ffordd wych o rannu mewnwelediad a phrofiad gyda gweithwyr proffesiynol eraill sy&#039;n gweithio yn y sector microgyllid.
