Dywedodd David Cameron na fyddai&#039;r wlad wedi gallu gwneud y newid economaidd mwyaf yn Ewrop heb entrepreneuriaid, techies, tilers to, adwerthwyr, plymwyr ac adeiladwyr.<\/p>\n<p>Felly amlinellodd lu o fesurau i helpu i wella entrepreneuriaeth a menter. Y cyntaf o\u2019u cynlluniau fyddai hyrwyddo cynllun Cymorth i Dwf, a fyddai\u2019n cefnogi 500 o\u2019r busnesau sy\u2019n tyfu gyflymaf yn y DU wrth iddynt drosglwyddo o fusnes bach i ganolig \u2013 yn benodol gyda chymorth gan Fanc Busnes Prydain a fyddai\u2019n helpu i leihau\u2019r Bwlch ariannu o \u00a31biliwn ar gyfer BBaChau.<\/p>\n<p>Mae cynlluniau hefyd i gwtogi \u00a310bn ar fiwrocratiaeth, fel bod busnesau&#039;n ei chael hi&#039;n haws sefydlu a gweithredu. Byddai plaid David Cameron yn cadw\u2019r Lwfans Cyflogaeth a gyflwynwyd ganddynt yn ystod eu tymor diwethaf yn y swydd, a fyddai\u2019n caniat\u00e1u i gyflogwyr leihau faint o Yswiriant Gwladol y maent yn ei dalu i\u2019w gweithwyr tan 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Mae pwyntiau eraill yn cynnwys addewid i sicrhau 3,000 o brentisiaethau newydd dros y pum mlynedd nesaf; sefydlu Clymblaid Busnesau Bach i gyfryngu anghydfodau; treblu nifer y benthyciadau cychwyn busnes i 75,000 ac adolygiad o ardrethi busnes sydd ar hyn o bryd yn mynd i\u2019r afael \u00e2 busnesau\u2019r stryd fawr.<\/p>\n<p>Felly mae rhai addewidion beiddgar a disglair ar gyfer busnesau bach dros y pum mlynedd nesaf.
