Mae aelodaeth gynyddol, yn ogystal ag ymdrechion parhaus i ddeisebu a lob\u00efo yn erbyn materion sy&#039;n effeithio ar y gymuned Asiaidd ehangach, wedi cynyddu dylanwad yr IAB - gyda&#039;u lleisiau bellach yn cael eu clywed yn San Steffan.<\/p>\n<p>Fel aelod o&#039;r pwyllgor gwaith, bydd Lakh \u2013 ar y cyd ag aelodau eraill \u2013 yn gyfrifol am gefnogi Cyfarwyddwr yr IAB; adolygu ac ymateb i bolis\u00efau a datblygiadau sy&#039;n effeithio ar fusnesau Asiaidd; cysylltu \u00e2 phartneriaid a rhanddeiliaid lleol i wella datblygiad cymuned fusnes yr ardal, a chael eu cydnabod fel llefarydd ar ran y gymuned fusnes Asiaidd.<\/p>\n<p>Ar \u00f4l dysgu am ei benodiad, dywedodd Lakh, \u201cRwyf wrth fy modd i ddod yn aelod o bwyllgor gwaith sefydliad yr wyf wedi bod yn rhan ohono ers blynyddoedd lawer.
