Drwy ailstrwythuro ei ddyledion, mae&#039;r cwmni wedi lleihau gwariant misol \u00a34,500, gan leddfu pwysau llif arian a rhoi&#039;r lle i&#039;r sylfaenydd Carl Harris ailosod ac ailganolbwyntio&#039;r busnes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mae Carl, a sefydlodd y busnes yn 2020 gydag wyth mlynedd o brofiad o yrru\u2019n broffesiynol o dan ei wregys, yn egluro:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cRoedd Luxstar wedi profi twf sylweddol, ond creodd heriau ddiwedd 2024 bwysau ariannol a\u2019n gadael ni gyda dyled bresennol yr oedd angen ei hailstrwythuro.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cErs hynny, rydw i wedi bod yn canolbwyntio ar adeiladu\u2019r busnes drwy ehangu ein sylfaen cleientiaid a lleihau ein dibyniaeth ar un neu ddau gontract mawr. Drwy drafodaethau gyda chyswllt ym Manc Datblygu Cymru, cefais fy nghyflwyno i Niki Haggerty-James yn Benthyciadau Busnes BCRS, a oedd yn gallu ein helpu i roi\u2019r cyllid cywir ar waith.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Gan gydweithio, cyflwynodd Carl ei gynlluniau, a deallodd Niki galon y busnes yn gyflym a gweithiodd i sicrhau&#039;r cyllid drwy&#039;r CIEF.<\/p>\n<p>Mae chwistrelliad cyllid CIEF bellach wedi gosod y cwmni mewn sefyllfa dda i anelu at dwf newydd yn 2026, gyda chontractau newydd ar y gorwel a chynlluniau ar y gweill i ehangu ei d\u00eem \u2013 gan gynnwys recriwtio gyrwyr ychwanegol i ddiwallu\u2019r galw cynyddol.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Parhaodd Carl:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cMae\u2019r gefnogaeth gan BCRS wedi bod yn allweddol, ac rwy\u2019n hynod ddiolchgar i Niki am yr amser y mae hi wedi\u2019i gymryd i weithio gyda mi. Mae lleihau ein costau misol wedi rhoi\u2019r lle i mi asesu ac ailadeiladu gyda strategaeth fwy craff \u2013 gan ledaenu risg yn hytrach na dibynnu ar un ffynhonnell incwm.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cMae\u2019r flwyddyn hon yn gyfle enfawr i\u2019r busnes, ac rydym bellach mewn sefyllfa gref i fanteisio ar gontractau newydd, tyfu ein sylfaen cleientiaid a chreu swyddi wrth i ni barhau i adeiladu Luxstar ar gyfer y tymor hir.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Dywedodd Niki Haggerty-James, Rheolwr Datblygu Busnes ar gyfer Benthyciadau Busnes BCRS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cMae Luxstar yn enghraifft wych o fusnes bach gwydn sy\u2019n benderfynol o ffynnu.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cDrwy weithio gyda Carl i gydgrynhoi ac ailstrwythuro rhwymedigaethau presennol, mae\u2019r buddsoddiad CIEF hwn wedi helpu i leihau straen ariannol ac ailadeiladu momentwm.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cRydym yn falch o gefnogi busnesau fel Luxstar sy\u2019n creu cyfleoedd a swyddi cynaliadwy yn eu cymunedau.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Nod Cronfa Buddsoddi Cymunedol Menter (CIEF) yw ehangu mynediad at gyllid i fusnesau a allai gael trafferth sicrhau benthyciadau traddodiadol, gan eu galluogi i fuddsoddi, sefydlogi a thyfu. Trwy CIEF 11, mae Benthyciadau Busnes BCRS yn parhau i gefnogi cynlluniau twf uchelgeisiol ledled Cymru a Gorllewin Canolbarth Lloegr.<\/p>\n<p>Wedi&#039;i ariannu gan Lloyds ynghyd \u00e2&#039;r buddsoddwr effaith gymdeithasol Better Society Capital (BSC) a&#039;i reoli gan y darparwr cyllid cyfrifol Social Investment Scotland (SIS) gyda chyfraniadau gan y tri CDFI sy&#039;n cymryd rhan, Benthyciadau Busnes BCRS, Cronfa Menter Busnes a Chyllid ar gyfer Menter, mae&#039;r CIEF gwerth \u00a362m yn anelu at fuddsoddi mewn 800 o fusnesau bach yn genedlaethol a chefnogi 10,500 o swyddi.<\/p>\n<p>Ers sefydlu BCRS fel sefydliad ariannol datblygu cymunedol yn 2002, mae wedi darparu benthyciadau gwerth mwy na \u00a3100 miliwn i fusnesau ledled Gorllewin Canolbarth Lloegr a Chymru.
