If we can progress your loan application, you will be contacted by a Lending Manager to discuss your application and we will require a full application form and supporting information to make a final lending decision.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>

\u2714 Are you looking to borrow between \u00a310,000 and \u00a3250,000?<\/p>\n

\u2714\u00a0Has your business been trading for at least six months?<\/p>\n

\n

\u2714\u00a0Is the business’ annual turnover less than \u00a345 million?<\/p>\n

\n

\u2714\u00a0Can evidence be provided to demonstrate that the business can afford the loan requested?<\/p>\n

We will require:<\/i><\/p>\n

– The last 3 years accounts<\/i><\/p>\n

– Up-to-date management accounts, including profit & loss and balance sheet<\/i><\/p>\n

– A 12-month cashflow forecast<\/i><\/p>\n

\u2714\u00a0The loan facility will be primarily used to support trading in the UK?<\/p>\n

\u2714\u00a0Do the business directors have clean personal credit histories? (i.e., no CCJs \/ IVAs \/ bankruptcies). Full credit reports for all directors and shareholders with over 25% shareholding will be required<\/p>\n

\u2714\u00a0The business bank account does not show multiple returns or unpaid items. We will require you to complete AccountScore registration so we can view your bank transactions.<\/p>\n
