Each year the 16-strong team at BCRS where to buy fish antibiotics locally Business Loans pack their bags for a fun-filled two days away from the office.
The beautiful Lilleshall Abbey, and its stunning landscaped gardens, played host to this year’s Away Days – a highlight of the year for our team.
Aside from taking the time to develop our team work and communication skills – which we view as being important factors in any high performing team – it also provides an excellent opportunity to spend some quality time together away from the office and our daily jobs.
Our team works hard to support the growth of local businesses in a variety of roles; all of which are crucial to the success of BCRS Business Loans. Due to the nature of our work, with field-based Business Development Managers focussing on their particular patches around the Midlands as well as office-based team members, a chance to catch up is important.
And what better way to do that than by taking part in fun, team-orientated tasks!
We were fortunate enough to work with Julian Farrell, David Bassett, Dave Bunting and Lyndon Chatting Walters of Carnegie Great Outdoors, part of Leeds Beckett University, who delivered a programme packed with fun-filled challenges – right from building a catapult to mastering our archery skills.
